Claims (11)
- 컬러필터 기판, 박막트랜지스터 기판 및 상기 컬러필터 기판과 상기 박막트랜지스터 기판 사이에 개재된 액정을 포함하는 액정표시패널;상기 컬러필터 기판 상에 배치되고, 제1 투명전극이 형성된 제1 위상차판 및 제1 투명전극과 소정간격 이격된 제2 투명전극이 형성된 제2 위상차판을 포함하며, 상기 제1 및 제2 위상차판 중 적어도 하나는 산란입자들을 갖고, 상기 제1 투명전극과 상기 제2 투명전극이 전기적으로 접촉하여 위치 정보를 발생하는 터치패널을 포함하고,상기 제1 위상차판은 제1 산란입자들을 갖고, 상기 제2 위상차판은 제2 산란입자들을 가지며,상기 제1 산란입자들과 상기 제2 산란입자들은 굴절률이 서로 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 산란입자들의 직경은 0.01㎛ ~ 200㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 산란입자들의 총부피는 상기 제1 위상차판의 전체부피에 대하여 10% ~ 80%이고, 상기 제2 산란입자들의 총부피는 상기 제2 위상차판의 전체부피에 대하여 10% ~ 80%인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 산란입자들의 총부피는 상기 제1 및 제2 위상차판의 전체부피에 대하여 10% ~ 80%인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 산란입자는 폴리아릴레이트로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 산란입자는 공기입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 박막 트랜지스터 기판의 하측에 배치되는 제3 위상차판 및 상기 제3 위상차판 하측에 배치되는 제4 위상차판을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 제2 위상차판의 상측에 배치되는 제1 편광판 및 제4 위상차판의 하측에 배치되는 제2 편광판을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제3 위상차판은 λ/4 위상차판이고, 상기 제2 및 제4 위상차판은 λ/2 위상차판인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 투명전극의 대향하는 어느 일 면에 형성된 도트 스페이서를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
