Claims (22)
- 인조섬유-형성 폴리머를 주요 구성요소로서 포함하고 편평한 횡단면 프로파일을 갖는 다수의 인조 개별 필라멘트를 포함하는 다수의 멀티필라멘트사를 포함하는, 편평한 멀티필라멘트사 제직물로서,(1) 각 인조 개별 필라멘트의 편평한 횡단면 프로파일의 길이방향의 중심선의 양 측단면에, 측단면당 셋 이상의 돌출부가 길이방향의 중심선으로부터 바깥쪽으로 돌출되어 있고, 돌출부들 사이에 형성된 측단면당 둘 이상의 수축부가 길이방향의 중심선에 대하여 대칭적으로 형성되고, 길이방향 중심선에 직각 방향으로의 횡단면 프로파일 중 가장 큰 너비 (C1)에 대한 길이방향 중심선의 방향으로의 횡단면 프로파일 중 가장 큰 길이 (B)의 비율 (B/C1)에 의하여 표시되는 횡단면 프로파일의 편평도가 2 내지 6이고,(2) 제직물은 800 내지 3500의 커버 팩터 (cover factor)를 갖고,(3) 멀티필라멘트사 각각이 170 dtex 이하의 총두께를 갖는,편평한 멀티필라멘트사 제직물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 인조섬유-형성 폴리머가 폴리에스테르, 폴리아미드, 폴리비닐리덴 클로라이드, 폴리프로필렌, 재생 셀룰로오스 및 셀룰로오스 아세테이트로부터 선택되는 편평한 멀티필라멘트사 제직물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 인조 개별 필라멘트의 횡단면 프로파일에서, 가장 작은 너비 (C2)에 대한 가장 큰 너비 (C1)의 비율 (C1/C2)가 1.05 내지 4.00의 범위 내 에 있는 편평한 멀티필라멘트사 제직물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 멀티필라멘트사의 총두께가 30 내지 170 dtex의 범위 내에 있고, 개별 필라멘트의 두께가 0.5 내지 5 dtex의 범위 내에 있는 편평한 멀티필라멘트사 제직물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 평직, 능직 및 주자직으로부터 선택되는 제직 구조를 갖는 편평한 멀티필라멘트사 제직물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 편평한 횡단면 프로파일을 갖는 인조 개별 필라멘트를 포함하는 멀티필라멘트사가 직물의 질량을 기준으로 하여 10 내지 100 질량%의 양으로 함유되어 있는 편평한 멀티필라멘트사 제직물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제직물의 커버 팩터가 1500 내지 3500의 범위 내에 있는 편평한 멀티필라멘트사 제직물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 멀티필라멘트사가 0 내지 2500 turns/m의 꼬임수를 갖는 편평한 멀티필라멘트사 제직물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, JIS L 1096-1998, 6.27.1, 방법 A에 따라 측정하였을 때, 5㎖/㎠ㆍsec 이하의 통기성을 갖는 편평한 멀티필라멘트사 제직물.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 통기성이 0.1 내지 4.0㎖/㎠ㆍsec의 범위 내에 있는 편평한 멀티필라멘트사 제직물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, JIS L 1096-1998, 6.26.1, (2) 방법 B에 따라 측정하였을 때, 40㎜ 이상의 물 흡수 속도를 갖는 편평한 멀티필라멘트사 제직물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, JIS L 1096-1998, 6.17.1. (1) 방법 A-1에 따라 측정하였을 때, 50 어브레이션(abrasions) 이상의 마찰 저항을 갖는 편평한 멀티필라멘트사 제직물.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 청구된 편평한 멀티필라멘트사 제직물을 포함하는 낮은 통기성 직물 재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 멀티필라멘트사의 인조 개별 필라멘트가 0.2 질량% 이상의 소광제를 함유하고, 제직물의 커버 팩터가 1300 내지 3000의 범위 내에 있는 편평한 멀티필라멘트사 제직물.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 멀티필라멘트사가 0 내지 1500 turns/m의 꼬임수를 갖는 편평한 멀티필라멘트사 제직물.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, L*a*b 칼라 시스템에서, L*w로 표시되는 흰색 플레이트 상에 놓인 제직물의 L* 값과, L*b로 표시되는 검은색 플레이트 상에 놓인 제직물의 L* 값의 차이 △L 으로 표시되는 제직물의 비젼 쓰루-방지의 정도가 15 이하인, 편평한 멀티필라멘트사 제직물.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, JIS L 1096-1998, 6.26.1, (2) 방법 B에 따라 측정하였을 때, 40㎜ 이상의 물 흡수 속도를 갖는 편평한 멀티필라멘트사 제직물.
- 제 14 항 내지 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 청구된 편평한 멀티필라멘트사 제직물을 포함하는 비젼 쓰루-방지성, 땀-흡수성 직물 재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 멀티필라멘트사의 인조 개별 필라멘트가 0 내지 0.2 질량%의 소광제를 함유하고, 제직물의 커버 팩터가 800 내지 2000의 범위 내에 있는, 편평한 멀티필라멘트사 제직물.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 멀티필라멘트사가 0 내지 1000 turns/m의 꼬임수를 갖는 편평한 멀티필라멘트사 제직물.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 100000 lx의 조도에서, JIS L 1055-1987, 6.1. 방법 A에 따라 측정하였을 때, 10 내지 70%의 빛 전달도를 갖는 편평한 멀티필라멘트사 제직물.
- 제 19 항 내지 제 21 항 중 어느 한 항에 청구된 편평한 멀티필라멘트사 제직물을 포함하는 비젼 쓰루-방지성 직물 재료.
