Claims (10)
- 섬유 형성성 열가소성 폴리머를 주성분으로서 함유하고, 편평한 단면형상을 갖는 복수개의 필라멘트로 이루어지는 멀티 필라멘트 사조(yarn knit) 를 함유하는 편물(編物)로서,상기 필라멘트의 편평 단면에 있어서, 그 길이 중심선의 양측에, 상기 길이 중심선의 외측을 향하여 팽창돌출되어 있는 한 면당 3 개 이상의 팽창돌출부와, 이들 팽창돌출부의 사이에 형성된 한 면당 2 개 이상의 조임부가 상기 길이 중심선에 관해서 거의 대칭으로 형성되어 있고, 상기 편평 단면의 길이 중심선 방향 길이 (B) 의, 이 길이 중심선 방향과 직각을 이뤄 교차하는 방향에 있어서의 최대폭 (C1) 에 대한 비 (B/C1) 에 의해 나타내어지는 단면 편평도가 2∼6 의 범위 내에 있고,상기 편물 중에, 상기 멀티 필라멘트 사조를 편물 전체 중량에 대하여 50∼100중량% 함유하며,상기 편물 전체적으로, 하기 식에서 구해지는 K 값이 35×103 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 편평 멀티 필라멘트 사조 편물.K= Co×We×(D/1.1)1/2(단, Co 는 편물의 코스수 (개/2.54cm), We 는 편물의 웨일수 (개/2.54cm), D 는 편물을 구성하는 사조의 합계 섬도의 평균치 (dtex) 이다.)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 섬유 형성성 열가소성 폴리머가, 폴리에스테르, 폴리아미드, 폴리염화비닐리덴 및 폴리프로필렌으로부터 선택되는, 편평 멀티 필라멘트 사조 편물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기의 필라멘트의 편평 단면에 있어서, 그 폭의 최대값 (C1) 의, 최소값 (C2) 에 대한 비 (C1/C2) 가 1.05∼4.00 인, 편평 멀티 필라멘트 사조 편물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 멀티 필라멘트 사조가, 광택제거제(艶消劑)를 0.2중량% 이상 함유하는, 편평 멀티 필라멘트 사조 편물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 멀티 필라멘트 사조의 합계 섬도(纖度)가 20∼170dtex이고, 단일 필라멘트 섬도가 0.5∼5dtex 인, 편평 멀티 필라멘트 사조 편물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 편물이, 폰테 롬, 밀라노 리브, 턱 리브, 이록자(裏鹿子:birds eye solid for lining), 싱글 피케, 더블 피케, 하프, 새틴, 백하프, 퀸즈코드, 샤크스킨, 더블 랏셀 및 더블 트리콧에서 선택되는 편조직을 갖는, 편평 멀티 필라멘트 사조 편물.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 편물의, JIS L 1018-1998, 6. 20 에 의해 측정된 벌키성이, 2.1cm3/g 이상인, 편평 멀티 필라멘트 사조 편물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 편물의, KES 촉감 계측 시스템에 의해 측정된 굽힘 강성이 0.02cNㆍcm2/cm 이하인, 편평 멀티 필라멘트 사조 편물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 편물의, JIS L 1096-1998, 6. 26, 1 (2) B 법 (Byreck Method) 에 의해 측정된 흡수 속도가 30㎜ 이상인, 편평 멀티 필라멘트 사조 편물.
