Claims (3)
- 강판 ;그 강판의 표면에 배치되는 아연계 도금 ; 및그 도금의 표면에, 하기 일반식 (I) 로 나타내는 수지 화합물 (A) 와 양이온성 우레탄 수지 (B) 를 A : B 의 질량비로 (7 : 3) ∼ (4 : 6) 이 되도록 함유하고, 추가로, 바나듐 화합물 (C) 를 A 와 B 의 합계량의 2 ∼ 20 질량%, 지르코늄 화합물 (D) 를 A 와 B 의 합계량의 2 ∼ 20 질량%, 인산기 함유 화합물 (E) 를 A 와 B 의 합계량의 5 ∼ 30 질량%, 그리고 불화수소산, 아세트산, 질산, 황산 및 이들의 염으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종의 산화합물 (F) 를 A 와 B 의 합계량의 0.1 ∼ 5 질량% 함유하는 두께 0.01 ∼ 3㎛ 의 피막을 갖는 표면 처리 아연계 도금 강판.식 중, 벤젠 고리에 결합하고 있는 Y1 및 Y2 는, 각각 서로 독립적으로 수소, 또는 하기 일반식 (Ⅱ) 또는 (Ⅲ) 에 의해 나타내는 Z 기로서, 1 벤젠 고리당 Z 기의 치환수의 평균값은 0.2 ∼ 1.0 이다. n 은 2 ∼ 50 의 정수를 나타낸다.식 (Ⅱ) 및 (Ⅲ) 중, R1, R2, R3, R4 및 R5 는, 각각 서로 독립적으로 수소 원자, 탄소수 1 ∼ 10 의 알킬기 또는 탄소수 1 ∼ 10 의 히드록시알킬기를 나타내고, A- 는 수산 이온 또는 산 이온을 나타낸다.
- 하기 일반식 (I) 로 나타내는 수지 화합물 (A) 와 양이온성 우레탄 수지 (B) 를 A : B 의 질량비로 (7 : 3) ∼ (4 : 6) 의 범위에서 함유하고, 추가로, 바나듐 화합물 (C) 를 A 와 B 의 합계량의 2 ∼ 20 질량%, 지르코늄 화합물 (D) 를 A 와 B 의 합계량의 2 ∼ 20 질량%, 인산기 함유 화합물 (E) 를 A 와 B 의 합계량의 5 ∼ 30 질량%, 및 불화수소산, 아세트산, 질산, 황산 및 이들의 염으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종의 산 화합물 (F) 를 A 와 B 의 합계량의 0.1 ∼ 5 질량% 함유하는 표면 처리제를, 아연계 도금 강판의 표면에 도포하여 건조시켜, 두께 0.01 ∼ 3㎛ 의 피막을 형성시키는 제 1 항에 따른 표면 처리 아연계 도금 강판의 제조 방법.식 중, 벤젠 고리에 결합하고 있는 Y1 및 Y2 는, 각각 서로 독립적으로 수소, 또는 하기 일반식 (Ⅱ) 또는 (Ⅲ) 에 의해 나타내는 Z 기로서, 1 벤젠 고리당 Z 기의 치환수의 평균값은 0.2 ∼ 1.0 이다. n 은 2 ∼ 50 의 정수를 나타낸다.식 (Ⅱ) 및 (Ⅲ) 중, R1, R2, R3, R4 및 R5 는, 각각 서로 독립적으로 수소 원자, 탄소수 1 ∼ 10 의 알킬기 또는 탄소수 1 ∼ 10 의 히드록시알킬기를 나타내고, A- 는 수산 이온 또는 산 이온을 나타낸다.
- 아연계 도금 강판의 표면에, 하기 일반식 (I) 로 나타내는 수지 화합물 (A) 와, 제 4 암모늄염기를 갖는 양이온성 우레탄 수지 (B) 와, 바나듐 화합물 (C) 와, 지르코늄 화합물 (D) 와, 인산 또는/및 인산염 (E) 와, 불화수소산, 아세트산, 질산, 황산 및 이들의 염 중에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종의 산화합물 (F) 를 함유하고, 또한 수지 화합물 (A) 와 양이온성 우레탄 수지 (B) 의 고형분 환산에 의한 배합비 (A : B) 가 7 : 3 ∼ 4 : 6 이고, 수지 화합물 (A) 와 양이온성 우레탄 수지 (B) 의 고형분의 합계량에 대하여, 바나듐 화합물 (C) 를 A 와 B 의 합계량의 2 ∼ 20 질량%, 지르코늄 화합물 (D) 를 A 와 B 의 합계량의 2 ∼ 20 질량%, 인산 또는/및 인산염 (E) 를 A 와 B 의 합계량의 5 ∼ 30 질량%, 산 화합물 (F) 를 A 와 B 의 합계량의 0.1 ∼ 5 질량% 함유하는 표면 처리제를 도포하고, 건조시킴으로써 형성된 피막 두께가 0.01 ∼ 3㎛ 인 표면 처리 피막을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 처리 아연계 도금 강판.식 중, 벤젠 고리에 결합하고 있는 Y1 및 Y2 는, 각각 서로 독립적으로 수소, 또는 하기 일반식 (Ⅱ) 또는 (Ⅲ) 에 의해 나타내는 Z 기로서, 1 벤젠 고리당 Z 기의 치환수의 평균값은 0.2 ∼ 1.0 이다. n 은 2 ∼ 50 의 정수를 나타낸다.식 (Ⅱ) 및 (Ⅲ) 중, R1, R2, R3, R4 및 R5 는, 각각 서로 독립적으로 수소 원자, 탄소수 1 ∼ 10 의 알킬기 또는 탄소수 1 ∼ 10 의 히드록시알킬기를 나타내고, A- 는 수산 이온 또는 산 이온을 나타낸다.
