Description
したがって本発明の目的は、このような従来技術の課題を解決し、皮膜中に六価クロムを含まず、しかも優れた耐食性、耐アルカリ性、耐溶剤性が得られる表面処理亜鉛系めっき鋼板を提供することにある。
溶融めっき鋼板としては、溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板、合金化溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板、Zn−Al合金系めっき鋼板(例えば、Zn−5%Al合金めっき鋼板、Zn−6%Al−3%Mg合金めっき鋼板、Zn−11%Al−3%Mg合金めっき鋼板等)等が挙げられる。また、これらのめっき鋼板の耐食性等を向上させることを目的として、めっき皮膜中にさらにCo、Mg等の微量元素の1種以上を添加したものでもよい。
さらに、高温高湿雰囲気下でのめっきの黒変を防止することを目的に、めっき皮膜中にNi、Co、Feの1種以上を1〜2000ppm程度析出させたり、或いはめっき表面にNi、Co、Feの1種以上を含むアルカリ若しくは酸性水溶液による表面調整処理を施し、これらの元素を析出させるようにしてもよい。
一般式(I)で表される樹脂化合物(A)は、ビスフェノール−ホルマリン縮合物であり、その合成方法に特に制限はないが、例えば、アルカリ触媒存在下、ビスフェノールAにホルマリンとアミンを作用させることにより得ることができる。
バナジウム化合物(C)の配合量は、樹脂化合物(A)とカチオン性ウレタン樹脂(B)の固形分の合計量に対して2〜20質量%、好ましくは5〜15質量%とする。バナジウム化合物(C)の配合量が2質量%未満では耐食性が低下し、一方、20質量%を超えると表面処理剤の保管安定性が低下する。
ジルコニウム化合物(D)はジルコニウムの供給源となるものであればよく、対となるアニオンに特別な制限はない。具体例としては、酢酸ジルコニウム、硝酸ジルコニウム、硫酸ジルコニウム、リン酸ジルコニウム、炭酸ジルコニウム、ジルコンフッ化水素酸等が挙げられ、これらの中から選ばれる1種以上を用いることができる。
表面処理剤(表面処理組成物)に含まれる酸化合物(F)としては、フッ酸、硝酸、硫酸等の無機酸、酢酸、蓚酸、クエン酸、こはく酸、りんご酸等の有機酸、これらの無機酸、有機酸の塩等が挙げられ、これらの1種以上を用いることができる。
酸化合物(F)の配合量は、樹脂化合物(A)とカチオン性ウレタン樹脂(B)の固形分の合計量に対して0.1〜5質量%、好ましくは0.5〜3質量%とする。酸化合物(F)の配合量が0.1質量%未満では耐食性、耐アルカリ性及び耐溶剤性がいずれも低下し、一方、5質量%を超えると皮膜が脆弱になって水に流失し易くなり、耐食性及び耐アルカリ性が低下する。
以上のような表面処理剤(表面処理組成物)を塗布・乾燥させることにより形成される表面処理皮膜の皮膜厚(乾燥膜厚)は0.01〜3μm、好ましくは0.1〜2μmとする。皮膜厚が0.01μm未満では耐食性、耐アルカリ性及び耐溶剤性がいずれも不十分であり、一方、3μmを超えると性能が飽和し、経済的な観点から好ましくない。
本発明の表面処理亜鉛系めっき鋼板は、上述した各成分を含有する表面処理剤(表面処理組成物)を、上述した皮膜厚となるように亜鉛系めっき鋼板表面に塗布し、加熱乾燥することにより製造される。なお、亜鉛系めっき鋼板の表面は、上記処理剤を塗布する前に必要に応じてアルカリ脱脂処理し、さらに密着性、耐食性を向上させるために表面調整処理等の前処理を施すことができる。
素材めっき鋼板としては、表7に示す亜鉛系めっき鋼板を用いた。このめっき鋼板表面を清浄にするために、アルカリ脱脂液を用いてスプレー圧力0.5kg/cm2の条件下で15秒間処理した後に、水道水で水洗し、冷風乾燥した。アルカリ脱脂液としては、「CL−N364S」(日本パーカライジング(株)製)を水道水で2%濃度に調整したものを使用した。
得られた表面処理亜鉛系めっき鋼板について、皮膜外観、耐食性、耐アルカリ性及び耐溶剤性を評価する以下のような試験を行った。
皮膜外観の均一性を目視で評価した。評価基準は以下の通りである。
○ :ムラが全く無い均一な外観
○−:僅かにムラが生じているが、殆ど識別できない程度の外観
△ :ムラが若干目立つ外観
× :ムラが目立つ外観
(2-1)塩水噴霧試験SST
塩水噴霧試験SST(JIS−Z−2371)を施し、240時間経過後の白錆面積率で評価した。評価基準は以下の通りである。
○ :白錆面積率5%未満
○−:白錆面積率5%以上、10%未満
△ :白錆面積率10%以上、25%未満
× :白錆面積率25%以上
(2-2)複合サイクル試験CCT
下記条件で複合サイクル試験CCTを施し、6サイクル後の白錆発生面積率で評価した。評価基準は、塩水噴霧試験と同様とした。
複合サイクル試験条件;[塩水噴霧→乾燥→湿潤]を1サイクルとした。各工程は下記条件で行った。
塩水噴霧:35±1℃,5±0.5%NaCl,2時間
乾燥:60±1℃,20−30%RH,4時間
湿潤:50±1℃,>95%RH,2時間
「CL−N364S」(日本パーカライジング(株)製)を水道水で2%濃度に調整したアルカリ脱脂液を用いて、65℃,スプレー圧力0.5kg/cm2の条件下で6分間処理した。引き続き水道水で水洗し、冷風乾燥した。その後、塩水噴霧試験SST(JIS−Z−2371)を施し、168時間経過後の白錆面積率で評価した。評価基準は以下の通りである。
○ :白錆面積率5%未満
○−:白錆面積率5%以上、10%未満
△ :白錆面積率10%以上、25%未満
× :白錆面積率25%以上
(4-1)外観変化
有機溶剤を含浸させた「キムワイプ
ワイパーS200」((株)クレシア製)を表面処理亜鉛系めっき鋼板表面に当て、1kg程度の荷重で20往復させた。有機溶剤としては、エタノール、メチルエチルケトン(MEK)、ヘキサン、ベンゼンを使用した。その後、自然乾燥したときの皮膜外観を目視で判定した。評価基準は以下のとおりである。
○ :外観変化が全く無い均一な外観
○−:僅かに外観変化が生じているが、変化が殆ど識別できない程度の外観
△ :外観変化が起き、不均一な外観
× :明らかな外観変化が起き、且つ部分的にめっき面−皮膜界面で剥離が生じている外観
上記(4-1)の有機溶剤を作用させた際の外観変化を評価した後、さらに、塩水噴霧試験(JIS−Z−2371)を施し、168時間経過後の白錆面積率で評価した。評価基準は以下の通りである。
○ :白錆面積率5%未満
○−:白錆面積率5%以上、10%未満
△ :白錆面積率10%以上、25%未満
× :白錆面積率25%以上

Claims (1)
- 亜鉛系めっき鋼板の表面に、下記一般式(I)で表される樹脂化合物(A)と、第4アンモニウム塩基を有するカチオン性ウレタン樹脂(B)と、バナジウム化合物(C)と、ジルコニウム化合物(D)と、リン酸又は/及びリン酸塩(E)と、フッ酸、酢酸、硝酸、硫酸及びこれらの塩の中から選ばれる少なくとも1種の酸化合物(F)とを含有し、且つ樹脂化合物(A)とカチオン性ウレタン樹脂(B)の固形分換算での配合比[A:B]が7:3〜4:6であり、樹脂化合物(A)とカチオン性ウレタン樹脂(B)の固形分の合計量に対して、バナジウム化合物(C)を2〜20質量%、ジルコニウム化合物(D)を2〜20質量%、リン酸又は/及びリン酸塩(E)を5〜30質量%、酸化合物(F)を0.1〜5質量%含有する表面処理剤を塗布し、乾燥することにより形成された皮膜厚が0.01〜3μmの表面処理皮膜を有することを特徴とする表面処理亜鉛系めっき鋼板。
