Claims (10)
- 자극 치형부 부재마다 분할 가능한 구성이며, 상기 각 자극 치형부 부재에 집중 권선이 실시되어 있는 전기자 철심과, 상기 자극 치형부 부재의 개수와 동일 개수의 세그먼트를 갖고, 상기 각 세그먼트에 상기 자극 치형부 부재에 감긴 권선과 접속하는 접속 단자를 갖는 정류자를 구비하고,상기 하나의 자극 치형부 부재에 집중 권선된 권선의 종단부는 상기 하나의 자극 치형부로부터 원주방향으로 소정 각도 회전한 위치에 있는 상기 세그먼트의 접속 단자에 직선 형상으로 접속되어 있는 동시에, 상기 세그먼트의 접속 단자에 접속된 접속선은 상기 하나의 자극 치형부 부재에 인접하는 상기 다른 자극 치형부 부재에 집중 권선되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는회전 전동기용 전기자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 자극 치형부 부재에 실시된 집중 권선은 델타 결선에 의하여 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는회전 전동기용 전기자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 각 자극 치형부 부재는, 일단측에 자극 치형부가, 타단측에 소정 형상의 베이스부가 형성되어 있는 제 1 판형상 부재와, 일단측에 자극 치형부가, 타단측에 관통 구멍이 형성되어 상기 베이스부와 함께 백 요크부를 형성하는 중첩부가 형성되어 있는 제 2 판형상 부재를 적층하여 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는회전 전동기용 전기자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 각 자극 치형부 부재에 장착되는 절연체의 구조에 있어서, 상기 각 자극 치형부 부재의 내주측의 정류자측 단면에, 권선을 유도하는 안내 홈을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는회전 전동기용 전기자.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 절연체에 마련된 안내 홈의 저면이 상기 자극 치형부의 외주측으로부터 내주부를 향하여 높아지는 경사를 갖게 한 것을 특징으로 하는회전 전동기용 전기자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 각 자극 치형부 부재에 장착되는 절연체의 내주면이 상기 정류자의 보스부의 외주와 감합하는 구조로 된 것을 특징으로 하는회전 전동기용 전기자.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전기자와,상기 전기자의 전기자 철심의 외주에, 영구자석이 원주방향의 소정 위치에 배치된 고정자를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는회전 전동기.
- 자극 치형부 부재마다 분할 가능한 전기자 철심 중 하나의 자극 치형부 부재를 직경방향으로 인출하고, 상기 하나의 자극 치형부 부재에 집중 권선을 실시하는 제 1 공정과, 상기 하나의 자극 치형부 부재를 밀어서 리턴시키고, 상기 집중 권선의 종단부를 상기 자극 치형부 부재의 개수와 동일 개수의 세그먼트를 갖는 정류자의 접속 단자에 접속하는 제 2 공정과, 상기 세그먼트의 접속 단자에 접속된 접속선을, 상기 하나의 자극 치형부 부재에 인접하는 상기 다른 자극 치형부 부재에 집중 권선을 실시하는 제 3 공정을 순차적으로 반복하여 상기 전기자 철심에 권선을 실시하는 공정과,상기 전기자 철심과 상기 정류자를 상대적으로 소정 각도 회전시켜서, 상기 각 자극 치형부 부재의 집중 권선의 단부와 상기 각 세그먼트의 접속 단자를 연결하는 접속선을 직선 형상으로 하고, 상기 전기자 철심 및 상기 정류자에 회전축을 고정하는 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는회전 전동기의 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 전기자 철심에 권선을 실시하는 경우, 상기 정류자의 축 중심과 상기 전기자 철심의 축 중심을 동축으로 배치시키는 것을 특징으로 하는회전 전동기의 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 전기자 철심에 권선을 실시하는 경우, 상기 정류자의 축 중심을 상기 전기자 철심의 축 중심으로부터, 상기 권선을 하고 있는 상기 자극 치형부 부재와 반대방향을 향하여 어긋나게 하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는회전 전동기의 제조 방법.
