Claims (10)
- 통 형상을 이루는 원통부와 이 원통부의 일측을 막도록 설치된 바닥부를 가지는 기본체와,상기 원통부에 설치된 전동기(電動機)의 고정자 권선(捲線)과,상기 기본체의 축심(軸心)에 회전이 자유롭게 지지된 상기 전동기의 회전체와,상기 기본체에 설치되어 상기 회전체를 제동하는 제동기를 구비하고,상기 바닥부는 곡면 형상으로 형성되는 곡면 형상부를 구비하며, 상기 바닥부 중 곡면 형상부가 상기 바닥부로부터 상기 회전체 측을 향하는 방향으로 돌출하는 방향으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘리베이터용 권상기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기본체를, 상기 원통부와 상기 바닥부와의 경계부를 원호 형상으로 형성하고, 이 원호 형상부의 일단과 상기 곡면 형상부의 일단이 연결되도록 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 엘리베이터용 권상기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 바닥부에 있어서의 상기 곡면 형상부의 두께가 균일한 것을 특징으로 하는 엘리베이터용 권상기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 곡면 형상부의 상기 바닥부로부터 상기 회전체 측으로 향하는 돌출량은, 상기 원통부의 축 방향의 폭이 되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 엘리베이터용 권상기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 곡면 형상부는 1점의 중심으로 한 구면(球面)으로, 이 중심이 상기 기본체의 축심선 상에 있고, 이 축심선에 대해 상기 구면이 대칭으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘리베이터용 권상기.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 제동기는 상기 기본체의 둘레 방향으로 장착되고, 상기 회전체에 대해 공극(空隙)을 가지고 접리하는 제동편을 가지며, 상기 고정자 권선의 통전(通電)에 의한 발열에 의해 상기 기본체가 열 변형하며, 이 열 변형에 의한 상기 공극의 변화량과, 상기 구면의 반경 및 상기 제동기의 둘레 방향의 부착 위치와의 관계에 근거하여, 상기 고정자 권선이 발열하기 전의 상기 공극을 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 엘리베이터용 권상기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 회전체에 착탈 가능하게 고정된 구동 쉬브를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 엘리베이터용 권상기.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 기본체에 있어서의 상기 원통부의 내주면에 상기 고정자 권선을 설치하고,상기 제동기는 상기 기본체의 외주면에 설치되며,상기 회전체에는 상기 제동기에 대응한 제동체를 가지고,이 제동체는 상기 바닥부와 반대 측에서 상기 원통부에 인접하게 배치되며, 상기 회전체의 외주보다 지름 방향으로 연장된 원판 형상으로 설치되고,상기 구동 쉬브는 상기 원통부, 상기 제동체의 순서로 상기 제동체에 인접하게 배치되며, 상기 원통부와 반대 측 방향으로 착탈 가능하게 상기 회전체에 고정한 것을 특징으로 하는 엘베이터용 권상기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 바닥부의 축심부에 주축을 세워 설치하고, 이 주축에 상기 회전체를 회전이 자유롭게 지지한 것을 특징으로 하는 엘리베이터용 권상기.
- 청구항 7에 기재된 엘리베이터용 권상기와, 상기 구동 쉬브에 감겨진 메인 로프와, 이 메인 로프에 현가되는 승강체를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 엘리베이터.
