Claims (15)
- 탄소 코팅된 하기 화학식 1의 리튬전이금속산화물이 포함된 정극용 활물질로서,상기 코팅된 탄소량은 리튬전이금속산화물 100 중량 대비 0.1 ~ 3 중량% 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 활물질.[화학식 1]LixMaM'bM"cOd(상기 식에서, 0.5≤x≤1, 0≤a≤1, 0<b≤1, 0≤c≤1, 0.5≤d≤4 이고,M은 Ni, Co 및 Mn으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 원소이고,M'는 Ni, Co, Mn, B, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Ti, V, Cr, Fe, Cu 로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 원소이고,M"는 Ni, Co, Mn, B, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Ti, V, Cr, Fe, Cu로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 원소이다.)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1은 LiNi1 /3Mn1 /3Co1 /3O2 인 것을 특징으로 하는 활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄소 코팅된 리튬전이금속산화물의 입자 표면에 무정 형 나노사이즈의 탄소가 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 활물질.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄소 코팅된 리튬전이금속산화물은 탄소전구체를 리튬전이금속산화물과 혼합한 후 열처리하여 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 활물질.

- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 정극은 도전재인 카본 블랙(Super P Black)을 더 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 정극은 바인더인 폴리비닐리덴플로라이드(PVDF)를 더 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 이온전도체는 전해액 또는 고분자 전해질인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
