Claims (5)
- 층상 구조를 갖는, 리튬 및 니켈을 주성분으로 하는 제 1 복합 산화물을 갖는 입자 표면의 적어도 일부에 리튬 및 티탄을 주성분으로 하는 제 2 복합 산화물을 함유하는 피복층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 정극 활성 물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 복합 산화물과 상기 제 2 복합 산화물과의 중량비율이 96:4 내지 65:35인 것을 특징으로 하는 정극 활성 물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 복합 산화물이 입방정계의 스피넬 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 정극 활성 물질.
- 평균입자경이 5㎛ 내지 20㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 정극 활성 물질.
- 정극 활성 물질과 부극 활성 물질을 포함하는 비수성 전해질 이차전지에 있어서, 상기 정극 활성 물질로서, 층상 구조를 가지며 리튬 및 니켈을 주성분으로 하는 제 1 복합 산화물을 함유하는 입자의 표면의 적어도 일부에 리튬 및 티탄을 주성분으로 하는 제 2 복합 산화물을 함유하는 피복층이 형성되어 있는 정극 활성 물질을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수성 전해질 이차전지.
