Claims (20)
- W, Mo, Cr, B 및 V로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1개 이상의 원소 X를 함유하는 산화물 입자 및 이 산화물 입자를 담지하는 Sn, Hf, Ge, Ga, In, Ce 및 Nb로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1개 이상의 원소 Y를 함유하는 산화물 담체를 포함하는 양성자 전도성 무기 물질, 및중합체 물질을 포함하는 전해질막.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 산화물 입자 및 산화물 담체 중 1개 이상이 Y, Sc, La, Sm, Gd, Mg, Ca, Sr 및 Ba로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1개 이상의 원소 Z를 함유하는 것인 전해질막.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 원소 Z의 몰 양이 원소 X, 원소 Y 및 원소 Z의 전체 몰 양을 100 %라고 정한 것을 기준으로 하여 0.01 내지 40 mol%의 범위 내에 있는 것인 전해질막.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 햄메트 산도 함수 H0가 H0 < -11.93을 만족시키는 고체초강산 산도를 갖는 전해질막.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 양성자 전도성 무기 물질의 비표면적이 10 ㎡/g 내지 2,000 ㎡/g의 범위 내에 있고, 원소 Y에 대한 원소 X의 원소 비 X/Y가 0.0001 내지 20의 범위 내에 있는 것인 전해질막.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 중합체 물질이 히드록실기, 카르복실기, 에테르 결합 및 아미드 결합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1개 이상을 갖는 친수성 유기 중합체를 포함하는 것인 전해질막.
- W, Mo, Cr, B 및 V로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1개 이상의 원소 X를 함유하는 산화물 입자, 이 산화물 입자를 담지하는 Ti, Zr, Si 및 Al로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1개 이상의 원소 M을 함유하는 산화물 담체, 및 이 산화물 입자 및 산화물 담체 중 1개 이상에 함유되는 Y, Sc, La, Sm, Gd, Mg, Ca, Sr 및 Ba로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1개 이상의 원소 Z를 포함하는 양성자 전도성 무기 물질, 및중합체 물질을 포함하는 전해질막.
- W, Mo, Cr, B 및 V로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1개 이상의 원소 X를 함유하는 산화물 입자 및 이 산화물 입자를 담지하는 Sn, Hf, Ge, Ga, In, Ce 및 Nb로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1개 이상의 원소 Y를 함유하는 산화물 담체를 포함하는 양성자 전도성 무기 물질;중합체 물질; 및산화환원 촉매를 포함하는 전극.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 산화물 입자 및 산화물 담체 중 1개 이상이 Y, Sc, La, Sm, Gd, Mg, Ca, Sr 및 Ba로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1개 이상의 원소 Z를 함유하는 것인 전극.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 원소 Z의 몰 양이 원소 X, 원소 Y 및 원소 Z의 전체 몰 양을 100 %라고 정한 것을 기준으로 하여 0.01 내지 40 mol%의 범위 내에 있는 것인 전극.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 양성자 전도성 무기 물질의 햄메트 산도 함수 H0가 H0 < -11.93을 만족시키는 고체초강산 산도를 갖는 것인 전극.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 양성자 전도성 무기 물질의 비표면적이 10 ㎡/g 내지 2,000 ㎡/g의 범위 내에 있고, 원소 Y에 대한 원소 X의 원소 비 X/Y가 0.0001 내지 20의 범위 내에 있는 것인 전극.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 중합체 물질이 히드록실기, 카르복실기, 에테르 결합 및 아미드 결합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1개 이상을 갖는 친수성 유기 중합체를 포함하는 것인 전극.
- W, Mo, Cr, B 및 V로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1개 이상의 원소 X를 함유하는 산화물 입자, 이 산화물 입자를 담지하는 Ti, Zr, Si 및 Al로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1개 이상의 원소 M을 함유하는 산화물 담체, 및 이 산화물 입자 및 산화물 담체 중 1개 이상에 함유되는 Y, Sc, La, Sm, Gd, Mg, Ca, Sr 및 Ba로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1개 이상의 원소 Z를 포함하는 양성자 전도성 무기 물질,중합체 물질 및산화환원 촉매를 포함하는 전극.
- 연료 전극,산화제 전극, 및연료 전극과 산화제 전극 사이에 제공된 전해질막을 포함하고, 상기 연료 전극, 산화제 전극 및 전해질막 중 1개 이상이 W, Mo, Cr, B 및 V로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1개 이상의 원소 X를 함유하는 산화 물 입자 및 이 산화물 입자를 담지하는 Sn, Hf, Ge, Ga, In, Ce 및 Nb로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1개 이상의 원소 Y를 함유하는 산화물 담체를 포함하는 양성자 전도성 무기 물질을 포함하는 것인 막-전극 어셈블리.
- 연료 전극,산화제 전극, 및연료 전극과 산화제 전극 사이에 제공된 전해질막을 포함하고, 상기 연료 전극, 산화제 전극 및 전해질막 중 1개 이상이 W, Mo, Cr, B 및 V로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1개 이상의 원소 X를 함유하는 산화물 입자, 이 산화물 입자를 담지하는 Ti, Zr, Si 및 Al로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1개 이상의 원소 M을 함유하는 산화물 담체, 및 이 산화물 입자 및 산화물 담체 중 1개 이상에 함유되는 Y, Sc, La, Sm, Gd, Mg, Ca, Sr 및 Ba로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1개 이상의 원소 Z를 포함하는 양성자 전도성 무기 물질을 포함하는 것인 막-전극 어셈블리.
- 연료 전극,산화제 전극, 및연료 전극과 산화제 전극 사이에 제공된 전해질막을 포함하고, 상기 연료 전극, 산화제 전극 및 전해질막 중 1개 이상이 W, Mo, Cr, B 및 V로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1개 이상의 원소 X를 함유하는 산화 물 입자 및 이 산화물 입자를 담지하는 Sn, Hf, Ge, Ga, In, Ce 및 Nb로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1개 이상의 원소 Y를 함유하는 산화물 담체를 포함하는 양성자 전도성 무기 물질을 포함하는 것인 연료 전지.
- 연료 전극,산화제 전극, 및연료 전극과 산화제 전극 사이에 제공된 전해질막을 포함하고, 상기 연료 전극, 산화제 전극 및 전해질막 중 1개 이상이, W, Mo, Cr, B 및 V로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1개 이상의 원소 X를 함유하는 산화물 입자, 이 산화물 입자를 담지하는 Ti, Zr, Si 및 Al로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1개 이상의 원소 M을 함유하는 산화물 담체, 및 이 산화물 입자 및 산화물 담체 중 1개 이상에 함유되는 Y, Sc, La, Sm, Gd, Mg, Ca, Sr 및 Ba로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1개 이상의 원소 Z를 포함하는 양성자 전도성 무기 물질을 포함하는 것인 연료 전지.
- W, Mo, Cr, B 및 V로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1개 이상의 원소 X를 함유하는 산화물 입자 및이 산화물 입자를 담지하는 Sn, Hf, Ge, Ga, In, Ce 및 Nb로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1개 이상의 원소 Y를 함유하는 산화물 담체를 포함하는 양성자 전도성 무기 물질.
- W, Mo, Cr, B 및 V로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1개 이상의 원소 X를 함유하는 산화물 입자,이 산화물 입자를 담지하는 Ti, Zr, Si 및 Al로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1개 이상의 원소 M을 함유하는 산화물 담체, 및이 산화물 입자 및 산화물 담체 중 1개 이상에 함유되는 Y, Sc, La, Sm, Gd, Mg, Ca, Sr 및 Ba로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1개 이상의 원소 Z를 포함하는 양성자 전도성 무기 물질.
