Claims (28)
- 전기화학적으로 가역적인 산화 및 환원 반응이 가능한 활성 물질을 포함하는 코어; 및상기 코어에 형성되고, 망상 구조를 갖고, -M-O-M-(여기에서 M은 Si, Ti 또는 Al)의 구조를 갖고, 이 M에 곁가지로 결합되어 있으며, R1-CH=C(R2)(R3)m-(R4)n-(여기에서, R1 및 R2는 동일하거나 서로 독립적으로 H, CH3 또는 CH2CH3이고, R3는 CO2이고, R4는 CH2 또는 CH2CH2O이고, m은 0 또는 1이고, n은 1 내지 5임)인 유기 관능기를 포함하는 코팅층을 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 코팅층의 두께는 20nm 이하인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 코팅층의 두께는 10nm 이하인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 코팅층의 두께는 5nm 내지 10nm인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질.

- 코어 물질, 유기 용매, 염기 및 물을 포함하는 코어액과 M(여기서 M은 Si, Ti 또는 Al)에 졸-겔 반응에 참여하는 관능기가 두 개 이상 결합되어 있고, 졸-겔 반응에 참여하지 않는 관능기가 하나 또는 둘 결합되어 있는 물질을 포함하며, 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 유무기 하이브리드 전구체, 유기 용매 및 물을 포함하는 전구체 액을 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는공정을 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질의 제조 방법.[화학식 1](상기 화학식 1에서,R1 및 R2는 동일하거나 서로 독립적으로 H, CH3 또는 CH2CH3이고,R3는 CO2이고,R4는 CH2 또는 CH2CH2O이고,R5는 C1 내지 C5의 선형 알킬이고,M은 Si, Ti 또는 Al이고,m은 0 또는 1이고, n은 1 내지 5임)
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 염기는 암모니아수인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질의 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 유무기 하이브리드 전구체의 사용량은 상기 코어 물질 중량의 1 내지 30 중량%인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질의 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 유무기 하이브리드 전구체의 사용량은 상기 코어 물질 중량의 1 내지 30 중량%인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질의 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 코어 물질의 사용량은 상기 유기 용매 1000ml당 1 내지 10g인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질의 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 혼합물 중에서 상기 염기의 농도는 0.05 내지 1M인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질의 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 혼합물 중에서 상기 물의 농도는 10 내지 20M인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질의 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 코어 물질은 리튬 이온의 흡장 및 탈리가 가능한 물질, 리튬 금속, 리튬 금속의 합금 및 리튬 이온과 반응하여 가역적으로 리튬 함유 화합물을 형성할 수 있는 물질로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 리튬 이차 전지용 음극 활물질의 제조 방법.
