Claims (21)
- 확산부호를 승산하여 확산된 신호를 DS-CDMA에 의하여 기지국에 무선전송하는 이동국에 있어서,확산 후의 칩 계열에 대하여 소정의 반복수 만큼 칩 반복을 수행함으로써, 1 또는 복수의 일정 칩 패턴을 생성하여 일정 칩 패턴을 갖는 신호를 생성하는 칩 패턴 생성수단; 및상기 일정 칩 패턴을 갖는 신호에 상기 이동국 고유의 1 또는 복수의 위상을 승산하는 승산수단;을 구비하며,상기 칩 패턴 생성수단은, 이동국이 지정한 데이터 레이트에 따라서 1 또는 복수의 상기 칩 패턴을 이동국에 할당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동국.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 승산수단은, 상기 일정 칩 패턴을 갖는 신호에 상기 이동국 고유의 1 또는 복수의 위상 계열을 승산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동국.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 확산부호의 확산률 및 칩 반복수, 확산후의 칩 계열에 승산되는 스크램블 코드, 이동국 고유의 위상계열 중 적어도 하나를 가변적으로 제어하는 가변 제어수단과; 및상기 확산률 및 칩 반복수, 상기 스크램블 코드, 상기 이동국 고유의 위상계열 중 적어도 하나를, 제어정보 세트를 기초로, 제어하는 외부 제어수단;을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동국.
- 제1항에 있어서,소정의 반복수 만큼의 칩 반복을 수행할 때, 다른 확산부호를 승산한 채널을 복수 개 다중화하는 다중화 수단을 더 구비하며,상기 다중화 후에 칩 반복을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동국.
- 제 1항에 있어서,기지국에서의 수신 타이밍이 각각의 이동국 사이에서 일치하도록, 송신신호의 송신 타이밍을 제어하는 송신 타이밍 제어수단을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동국.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 송신 타이밍 제어수단은, 기지국에서의 이동국 각각의 수신 타이밍 시간차가 소정 시간차 내에 있도록 상기 송신신호의 송신 타이밍을 제어하는 저정밀 도 타이밍 제어수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동국.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 송신 타이밍 제어수단은, 선두 패스가 기지국에서 동일한 타이밍으로 수신되도록 그 선두 패스를 기준으로 한 송신 타이밍 제어를 행하는 패스 기준형 타이밍 제어수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동국.
- 제7항에 있어서,셀 환경을 나타내는 제어정보 세트를 수신했을 때, 그 셀 환경에 따라, 이동국으로부터의 기지국에서의 수신 타이밍 차이가 0에 가깝도록 전송신호의 전송 타이밍을 제어하는 고정밀도 송신 제어수단과 상기 저정밀도 타이밍 제어수단 중 어느 것을 선택하는 타이밍 제어 스위칭 수단을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동국 .
- 제1항에 있어서,소정의 반복수 만큼의 칩 반복을 수행한 칩 패턴마다 가이드 인터벌을 삽입하는 가이드 인터벌 삽입수단을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동국.
- 제1항에 있어서,소정의 반복수 만큼의 칩 반복을 수행한 칩 패턴의 길이를, 기지국에서의 이 동국 각각의 수신 타이밍의 시간차를 기초로, 설정하는 칩 패턴 길이 설정수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동국.
- 제1항에 있어서,기지(旣知)의 진폭 및 위상을 갖는 파일럿 신호를 송신신호로 다중화한 후, 상기 칩 반복을 수행하는 파일럿 신호 송신수단을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동국.
- 삭제
- 확산부호를 승산하여 승산된 신호를 DS-CDMA에 의하여 기지국으로 무선송신하는 이동국에 있어서,기지국에서의 복수의 이동국의 수신 타이밍 시간차가 0에 가깝도록 송신신호의 송신 타이밍을 제어하는 고정밀도 송신 타이밍 제어수단; 및외부로부터 통지되는 기지국에 동시에 접속하고 있는 이동국의 수를 나타내는 정보 세트, 주변 셀로부터 받는 간섭전력을 나타내는 정보 세트, 전파 채널 상황을 나타내는 정보 세트 중 적어도 하나를 기초로, 상기 고정밀도 송신 타이밍 제어수단에 의한 송신 타이밍 제어를 행할 것인지의 여부를 판단하는 판단수단;을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동국.
- 이동국과 통신 가능한 기지국으로서,이동국이 존재하는 셀의 셀 환경을 나타내는 정보 세트, 주변 셀로부터의 간섭전력을 나타내는 정보 세트, 또는 전파 채널 상황을 나타내는 정보 세트를 제어정보 세트로 하여 이동국에 송신하는 제어정보 송신수단; 및상기 제어정보 세트를 기초로, 확산률 및 칩 반복수의 가변 제어처리 과정을 거쳐 이동국으로부터 송신된 신호를 수신하는 수신수단;을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기지국.
- 제15항에 있어서,각 이동국으로부터 송신되는 신호들로부터 각 이동국의 수신 타이밍을 측정하는 수신 타이밍 측정수단;상기 각 이동국의 수신 타이밍으로부터 각 이동국이 송신할 타이밍을 구하는 송신 타이밍 결정수단; 및상기 송신 타이밍 결정수단에 의하여 결정된 송신 타이밍 정보 세트를 각 이동국에 통지하는 통지수단; 을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기지국.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 수신 타이밍 측정수단은, 각 이동국으로부터 송신되는 파일럿 신호를 이용하여 각 이동국의 수신 타이밍을 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기지국.
- 제16항에 있어서,소정 전력 레벨 이상의 수신 패스를 각 이동국마다 검출하는 패스 검출수단을 더 구비하고, 상기 송신 타이밍 결정수단은 상기 검출된 수신 패스에 기초하여 상기 이동국이 송신할 타이밍을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기지국.
- 제 17항에 있어서,수신 타이밍이 일치하고 있지 않은 다른 이동국의 패스에서 생기는 간섭을 제거하는 타국간섭 제거수단; 및전파 채널의 영향으로 발생하는 상기 이동국으로부터 송신되는 신호의 지연파에 기인한 간섭을 제거하는 간섭 제거수단; 을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기지국.
- 확산부호를 승산하여 확산된 신호를 DS-CDMA에 의하여 기지국으로 무선전송하는 이동국에 설치되는 무선전송의 방법을 실행하는 프로그램을 기록한 컴퓨터에 의해 읽을 수 있는 기록매체에 있어서, 상기 방법은확산 후의 칩 계열에 대하여 소정의 반복수 만큼 칩 반복을 수행함으로써, 일정 칩 패턴을 생성하는 칩 패턴 생성단계; 및상기 일정 칩 패턴을 갖는 신호에 상기 이동국 고유의 위상을 승산하는 승산단계;를 포함하며,상기 칩 패턴 생성단계는, 이동국이 지정한 데이터 레이트에 따라서 1 또는 복수의 상기 칩 패턴을 이동국에 할당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록매체.
- 이동국이 확산부호를 승산하여 확산된 신호를 DS-CDMA에 의하여 기지국으로 무선송신하는 무선 전송 방법에 있어서,확산 후의 칩 계열에 대하여 소정의 반복수 만큼의 칩 반복을 수행함에 의하여 일정 칩 패턴을 생성하는 칩 패턴 생성단계; 및상기 일정 칩 패턴을 갖는 신호에 상기 이동국 고유의 위상을 승산하는 승산 단계;를 포함하며,상기 칩 패턴 생성단계는, 이동국이 지정한 데이터 레이트에 따라서 1 또는 복수의 상기 칩 패턴을 이동국에 할당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 전송 방법.
