Claims (3)
- 기저전압이 인가되는 기저전압라인과;박막트랜지스터 어레이 외곽부분에 신장된 금속들에 의해 발생하는 정전전압이 상기 기저전압라인을 통해 상기 박막트랜지스터 어레이부로 전달되는 것을 방지하기 위해 3개 이상의 박막트랜지스터를 병렬로 접속하여 구성된 정전 손상 보호용 스위칭소자를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시장치의 정전 손상 보호장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 정전 손상 보호용 스위칭소자는 정전용량을 증가시키기 위해 소오스전극 및 드레인전극의 폭과 상기 소오스전극과 드레인전극간의 길이의 비가 20:20 이나 30:20의 비를 가진 박막트랜지스터를 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시장치의 정전 손상 보호장치
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 정전 손상 보호용 스위칭소자는 데이터패드 상에 발생하는 정전전압을 방지하기 위해 데이터라인마다 접속된 스위칭소자중 마지막번째 데이터라인에 접속된 상기 스위칭소자와 상기 기저전압라인 사이에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시장치의 정전 손상 보호장치.
