- 체표면을 통하여 작용제를 주입하거나 추출하기 위하여 사용되는 장치(2)로서, 이 장치는 사용시에 체표면과 접촉하기에 적합한 측면을 가지고, 또한 이 장치는 체표면을 관통하기 위하여 복수의 미세돌출부(4)를 갖는 시트 부재(6)를 포함하며, 복수의 미세돌출부(4)는 상기 시트 부재(6)에 의해 형성된 평면상에 존재하며 시트 부재(6)의 가장자리(5)에서부터 신장하고, 상기 시트 부재(6)는, 상기 장치(2)에서 체표면에 접촉하는 부분과 가까운 곳에 미세돌출부(4)를 갖는 가장자리(5)와 함께 체표면에 대해 수직으로 배향되는 경피성 작용제의 유동률 증진 장치에 있어서,상기 시트 부재(6)는 공간(27) 및, 이 공간(27)내에 작용제를 포함하거나 작용제를 수용하는 저장기(8)를 형성하는 형태를 가지고, 상기 저장기(8)는 상기 장치(2)에서 체표면과 접촉하는 부분 및, 체표면상에 시트 부재(6)를 고정하기 위한 수단과 작용제 전달 관계에 있으며, 상기 고정용 수단은 미세돌출부상의 고정용 갈고리, 각진 미세돌출부, 휘어진 미세돌출부, 접착제, 테이프, 스트랩, 붕대로부터 선택되고, 복수의 시트 부재(106)가 함께 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경피성 작용제의 유동률 증진 장치.

- 제 21 항에 있어서, 상기 시트 부재(6)는 복수의 동심원 형태의 시트(6)로 이루어지며, 상기 공간(27)은 이웃하는 동심원 형태의 시트(6)에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경피성 작용제의 유동률 증진 장치.
