Claims (17)
- 아크릴산(염)을 포함한 수용성 불포화 단량체 수용액을 가교결합을 수반하여 중합시키는 단계; 및 동시에, 생성된 하이드로겔을 미세 분할시키는 단계들을 포함하는 중합 단계를 포함하는 수흡수성 수지의 제조방법으로,상기 수용성 불포화 단량체가 푸르푸랄을 11 내지 1,000 중량ppm의 양으로(상기 단량체에 대해) 함유함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 아크릴산(염)을 포함한 수용성 불포화 단량체 수용액을 가교결합을 수반하여 중합시키는 단계; 및 생성된 하이드로겔을 미세 분할시키는 단계들을 포함하는 수흡수성 수지의 제조방법으로,(A) 상기 수용성 불포화 단량체가 푸르푸랄을 11 내지 1,000 중량ppm의 양으로(상기 단량체에 대해) 함유하고;(B) 상기 중합을 30℃ 이상의 온도에서 개시시키고;(C) 상기 생성된 미세 분할된 하이드로겔이 0.3 내지 4 ㎜의 중량 평균 입자 직경을 갖고, 10 ㎜ 이상의 입자 직경을 갖는 굵은 겔 입자의 비율이 상기 미세 분할된 하이드로겔의 5 중량% 이하임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 불포화 단량체가 전이금속을 추가로 함유하는 제조방법.
- 아크릴산(염)을 포함한 수용성 불포화 단량체 수용액을 가교결합을 수반하여 중합시키는 단계; 및 생성된 하이드로겔을 미세 분할시키는 단계들을 포함하는 수흡수성 수지의 제조방법으로,(A) 상기 수용성 불포화 단량체가 푸르푸랄을 11 내지 1,000 중량ppm의 양으로(상기 단량체에 대해) 함유하고;(B) 상기 수용성 불포화 단량체가 전이금속을 추가로 함유하고;(C) 상기 생성된 미세 분할된 하이드로겔이 0.3 내지 4 ㎜의 중량 평균 입자 직경을 갖고, 10 ㎜ 이상의 입자 직경을 갖는 굵은 겔 입자의 비율이 상기 미세 분할된 하이드로겔의 5 중량% 이하임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 아크릴산(염)을 포함한 수용성 불포화 단량체 수용액을 가교결합을 수반하여 중합시키는 단계; 및 동시에, 미세 분할된 하이드로겔을 수득하는 단계들을 포함하는 중합 단계를 포함하는 수흡수성 수지의 제조방법으로,상기 수용성 불포화 단량체가 푸르푸랄을 11 내지 1,000 중량ppm의 양으로(상기 단량체에 대해) 함유함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 가교결합을 수반한 중합이 수용액 중합이고, 생성된 미세 분할된 하이드로겔이 전단력이 있는 중합 용기에서 중합과 동시에 수득되는 제조방법.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가교결합을 수반한 중합이 수용액 중합이고, 생성된 미세 분할된 하이드로겔이 이동식 벨트 상에서 정적 중합 후에 미세 분할에 의해 수득되는 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 가교결합을 수반한 중합이 역상 현탁 중합이고, 생성된 미세 분할된 하이드로겔이 유기 용매 중에서의 현탁 중합과 동시에 수득되는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합 단계가 수용성 불포화 단량체의 수용액을 연속적으로 공급하고 생성된 하이드로겔을 연속적으로 방출함을 수반하는 연속 중합인 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수용성 불포화 단량체의 수용액이 40 중량% 이상의 농도를 갖는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수용성 불포화 단량체의 수용액의 중합을 40℃ 이상의 온도에서 개시시키는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합 단계로부터 생성된 미세 분할된 하이드로겔이 0.3 내지 4 ㎜의 중량 평균 입자 직경을 갖고, 10 ㎜ 이상의 입자 직경을 갖는 굵은 겔 입자의 비가 상기 미세 분할된 하이드로겔의 5 중량% 이하인 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수용성 불포화 단량체의 수용액이 푸르푸랄 이외의 알데히드 화합물을 추가로 함유하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수용성 불포화 단량체의 수용액이 메톡시페놀을 추가로 함유하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전이금속을 중합 수행 시 공존시키는 제조방법.
- 4.9 kPa의 하중 하에서 생리 염수에 대해 20 g/g 이상의 흡수 능력을 나타내는, 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항의 제조방법에 의해 수득되는 수흡수성 수지.
- 제 16 항의 수흡수성 수지를 포함하는 위생 용품.
