Claims (6)
- 기록매체에 에너지를 조사하는 것에 의해서 기록매체에 국소적인 물리적 변화를 일으켜 정보의 기록을 실행하는 정보기록장치에 있어서,기록부호열에 있어서의 동일 길이의 스폐이스 기록시에, 펄스의 높이 및 펄스 조사 타이밍이 다른 적어도 2종류의 기록파형을 발생하는 기록 에너지 조사수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,기록패턴 인식기를 더 갖고,상기 기록패턴 인식기는 데이타 기록시의 기록 부호열과 선행하는 기록패턴의 정보를 참조하여, 기록패턴을 형성하기 위한 신호를 발생시키고, 상기 기록에너지 조사수단은 상기 기록 부호열에 있어서의 동일 길이의 스페이스 기록시에, 상기 발생된 신호에 근거하여 상기 기록파형을 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,마크형성 기간에 대응하는 상기 기록파형의 상엔벌로프가 마크형성 개시시로부터의 시간경과에 따라서 저하하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,마크형성 기간에 대응하는 상기 기록파형의 하엔벌로프가 마크형성 개시시로부터의 시간경과에 따라서 저하하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기록파형은 적어도 2개의 에너지 레벨로 이루어지는 마크형성 기간과, 적어도 2개의 에너지 레벨로 이루어지는 마크 비형성 기간으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기록파형을 제어하는 기준시간 발생수단을 더 갖고,각 기록에너지 레벨의 유지시간이 상기 기준시간 발생수단이 발생하는 기준시간의 대략 정수배 혹은 대략 반기수배인 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록장치.
