Claims (7)
- 촉매성분으로서 티탄 산화물, 몰리브덴 산화물 및 바나듐 산화물을 함유하는 배기가스 처리용 촉매로서, 상기 티탄 산화물 및 상기 몰리브덴 산화물은 미리 조제된 티탄과 몰리브덴으로 이루어지는 이원계 균밀혼합 산화물 및, 미리 조제된 티탄, 규소 및 몰리브덴으로 이루어지는 삼원계 균밀혼합 산화물 중, 하나 이상의 형태로 상기 촉매에 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 처리용 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탈질촉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 처리용 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기할로겐화합물의 제거용 촉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 처리용 촉매.
- 촉매성분으로서 티탄 산화물, 몰리브덴 산화물 및 바나듐 산화물을 함유하는 배기가스 처리용 촉매의 제조방법으로서, 티탄화합물을 함유하는 수용액 또는 슬러리와, 몰리브덴화합물과 필요에 따라서 규소화합물을 혼합한 후 물을 제거하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 처리용 촉매의 제조방법.
- 배기가스를 제1항에 기재된 배기가스 처리용 촉매와 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 처리방법.
- 배기가스를 제2항에 기재된 배기가스 처리용 촉매와 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 처리방법.
- 배기가스를 제3항에 기재된 배기가스 처리용 촉매와 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 처리방법.
