Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 탈질촉매의 이산화황에 대한 내구성과 관련하여, 제조예 1 내지 6, 비교제조예 1 내지 3에 따라 제조된 촉매에 대해 측정된 이산화황 흡착량과 이산화황 내구성을 나타내는 K/Ko=0.85 도달시간과의 상관관계를 도식화하여 나타낸 그래프,
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 탈질촉매의 표면상에 형성된 몰리브덴 산화물의 종류 및 분포를 확인하기 위해 제조예 1 내지 6에 따라 제조된 촉매에 대하여 XPS를 사용하여 몰리브덴 산화물 중 산화가 6가의 몰리브덴(Mo6 +) 함량 분석 결과를 나타낸 그래프,
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 탈질촉매의 촉매 표면 변화를 확인하기 위해 제조예 2, 5, 비교제조예 1, 2에 따라 제조된 촉매에 대하여 표면 변화 관찰 결과를 나타낸 그래프.
Claims (11)
- 배가스에 함유된 질소산화물을 제거하기 위한 암모니아계 선택적 촉매 환원(selective catalytic reduction; SCR) 시스템에 적용되는 바나듐 산화물-몰리브덴 산화물-티타늄 산화물로 이루어진 삼원계 탈질촉매로서, 상기 바나듐 산화물은 활성 성분으로 상기 탈질촉매의 담체인 상기 몰리브덴 산화물-티타늄 산화물 담체에 도입되어 형성되고, 상기 배가스에 이산화황 함유 시 황산암모늄염 형성을 억제하기 위해 상기 몰리브덴 산화물은 산화가 6가의 몰리브덴(Mo6+)이 적어도 150atoms/㎤이고, 상기 티타늄 산화물은 산화가 3가의 티타늄(Ti3+) 원자비(Ti3+/(Ti4++Ti3+))가 최대 0.3인 비 결정상의 오르소티타닌산(orthotitanic acid; TiO2·xH2O)인 것을 특징으로 하는 탈질촉매.

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탈질촉매는 허니컴, 금속판, 금속 섬유, 세라믹 필터 및 메탈 폼으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나의 구조체 상에 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 탈질촉매. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탈질촉매는 입자, 단일체(monolith), 슬레이트, 플레이트 및 펠렛으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나의 형태로 가공된 것을 특징으로 하는 탈질촉매. - 배가스에 함유된 질소산화물을 제거하기 위한 암모니아계 선택적 촉매 환원(selective catalytic reduction; SCR) 시스템에 적용되는 바나듐 산화물-몰리브덴 산화물-티타늄 산화물로 이루어진 삼원계 탈질촉매를 제조하는 방법으로,
티타늄 산화물 100중량부에 대하여 몰리브덴 산화물 전구체를 1~10중량부 도입하여 제1 혼합 슬러리를 제조하는 단계;
상기 제1 혼합 슬러리를 건조 및 400~700℃에서 소성하여 몰리브덴 산화물-티타늄 산화물 담체를 제조하는 단계;
상기 몰리브덴 산화물-티타늄 산화물 담체에 바나듐 산화물 전구체를 상기 티타늄 산화물 100중량부에 대하여 0.1~5중량부 도입하여 제2 혼합 슬러리를 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 제2 혼합 슬러리를 건조 및 400~600℃에서 소성하는 단계;
를 포함하여, 상기 배가스에 이산화황 함유 시 황산암모늄염 형성을 억제하기 위해 상기 몰리브덴 산화물은 산화가 6가의 몰리브덴(Mo6+)이 적어도 150atoms/㎤인 탈질촉매를 제조하되, 상기 티타늄 산화물은 아나타제형 황산티타늄(TiO(SO4)) 용액의 가수분해를 통하여 얻어지는 비 결정상의 오르소티타닌산(orthotitanic acid; TiO2·xH2O)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 티타늄 산화물은 아나타제형으로부터 얻어지는 결정상의 이산화 티타늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 삭제
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 몰리브덴 산화물 전구체는 암모늄 몰리브데이트(ammonium molybdate, (NH4)2MoO4), 암모늄 몰리브데이트 테트라하이드레이트(ammonium molybdate tetrahydrate, (NH4)6Mo7O24·4H2O) 및 몰리브덴산(molybdic acid, H2MoO4)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 바나듐 산화물 전구체는 메타바나데이트(NH4VO3) 또는 바나듐 옥시트리클로라이드(VOCl3)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제6항, 제7항, 제9항 및 제10항 중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조된 촉매 및 환원제인 암모니아의 존재 하에서, 질소산화물, 500ppm 이하의 이산화황 및 20체적% 이하의 수분을 포함하는 배가스를 공간속도 1,000~120,000hr-1 조건으로 통과시켜 선택적 촉매 환원 반응을 수행하여 질소산화물을 제거하는 방법.
