Claims (14)
- 탄화규소상과 결합상으로 이루어지는 반응결합된 탄화규소 내화물품에 있어서, 상기 탄화규소상이 물품의 65wt% 내지 85wt%를 구성하고, 상기 결합상이 30wt% 이상의 옥시질화규소 및 30wt% 이상의 알루미나를 포함하는 내화물품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 표준 에로젼 테스트를 실시할 때 50㎎ 미만의 중량손실을 보이는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 1100℃에서 500시간 동안 증기 산화를 실시할 때 5% 미만의 부피증가가 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 유리 규소를 1wt% 보다 많이 함유하는 부분이 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 탄화규소 60wt% 내지 85wt%, 규소 5wt% 내지 16wt%, 알루미나 5wt% 내지 14wt%, 및 실리카 1wt% 내지 7wt%로 이루어지는 미소성체를 소성하여 제조된 반응결합된 탄화규소 내화물품.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 생배치의 탄화규소가 크기가 5밀리미터보다 크지 않은 입자의 혼합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물품.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 규소가 크기가 74 마이크로미터보다 크지 않은 입자의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물품.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 알루미나가 2㎡/g이상의 표면적을 갖는 반응성 알루미나인 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물품.
- 고체 88wt% 내지 98.5wt%와 담체 1.5wt% 내지 12wt%로 이루어지고, 상기 고체가 탄화규소 60wt% 내지 85wt%, 규소 5wt% 내지 16wt%, 알루미나 5wt% 내지 14wt%, 및 실리카 1wt% 내지 7wt%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1 항의 반응결합된 탄화규소 내화물품을 제조하기 위한 생배치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 고체가 탄화규소 65wt% 내지 80wt%, 규소 7wt% 내지 14wt%, 알루미나 8wt% 내지 11wt%, 및 실리카 2wt% 내지 4wt%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생배치.
- 반응결합된 탄화규소물품의 제조방법에 있어서,(a) 탄화규소 60wt% 내지 85wt%, 규소 5wt% 내지 16wt%, 알루미나 5wt% 내지 14wt%, 및 실리카 1wt% 내지 7wt%로 이루어지는 고체와 담체를 포함하는 생배치를제조하고,(b) 생배치를 미소성체로 가공하고,(c) 탄화규소상 65wt% 내지 85wt%와 결합상 15wt% 내지 35wt%로 이루어지고, 상기 결합상은 옥시질화규소 30wt% 이상 및 알루미나 30wt% 이상을 포함하는 반응결합된 탄화규소내화물품을 제조하는데 충분한 시간과 온도에서 질소 분위기하에 상기 미소성체를 소성하는 것으로 이루어지는 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 담체가 생배치의 4wt% 내지 7wt%의 양으로 물을 포함하고, 생배치를 금형에 가하고 미소성체를 그 금형으로부터 회수함으로써 생배치를 미소성체로 가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 담체가 생배치의 2wt% 내지 7wt%의 양으로 결합제를 포함하고, 생배치를 금형에 가압하고 미소성체를 그 금형으로부터 회수함으로써 생배치를 미소성체로 가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 68.95 메가파스칼(10Kpsi)이상의 파열계수를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물품.
