Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 탄화규소상과 결합상으로 이루어지는 반응결합된 탄화규소 내화물품에 있어서, 상기 탄화규소상이 물품의 약 65wt% 내지 85wt%를 구성하고, 상기 결합상이 옥시질화규소 및 알루미나 양자를 상당량 포함하는 내화물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 표준 에로젼 테스트를 실시할 때 50㎎ 미안의 중량손실을 보이는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1100℃에서 500시간 동안 증기 산화를 실시할 때 5% 미만의 부피증가가 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유리 규소를 1wt%보다 많이 함유하는 부분이 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물품.
- 탄화규소 약 65wt% 내지 85wt%, 규소 약 5wt% 내지 약 16wt%, 알루미나 약 5wt% 내지 약 14wt%, 및 실리카 약 1wt% 내지 약 7wt%로 이루어지는 미소성체를 소성하여 제조된 반응결합된 탄화규소 내화물품.
- 제5항에 있어서, 탄화규소가 크기가 약 5밀리미터보다 크지 않은 입자의 혼합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물품.
- 제5항에 있어서, 규소가 크기가 약 74마이크로미터보다 크지 않은 입자의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물품.
- 제5항에 있어서, 알루미나 적어도 약 2m2/g의 표면적을 갖는 반응성 알루미나인 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물품.
- 고체 약 88wt% 내지 약 98.5wt%와 담체 약 1.5wt% 내지 12wt%로 이루어지는, 반응결합된 탄화규소 내화물품을 제조하기 위한 생배치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 고체가 탄화규소 약65wt% 내지 85wt%, 규소 약 5wt% 내지 약 16wt%, 알루미나 약 5wt% 내지 약 14wt%, 및 실리카 약 1wt% 내지 약 7wt%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생배치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 고체가 탄화규소 약65wt% 내지 80wt%, 규소 약 7wt% 내지 약 14wt%, 알루미나 약 8wt% 내지 약 11wt%, 및 실리카 약 2wt% 내지 약 4wt%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생배치.
- 반응결합된 탄화규소물품의 제조방법에 있어서, (a) 탄화규소 약 60wt% 내지 85wt%, 규소 약 5wt% 내지 약 16wt%, 알루미나 약 5wt% 내지 약 14wt%, 및 실리카 약 1wt% 내지 약 7wt%로 이루어지는 고체와 담체를 포함하는 생배치를 제조하고, (b) 생배치를 미소성체로 가공하고, (c) 상기 물품을 제조하는데 충분한 시간과 온돈에서 질소 분위기하에 상기 미소성체를 소성하는 것으로 이루어지는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 담체가 생배치의 약 4wt% 내지 약 7wt%의 양으로 물을 포함하고, 생배치를 금형에 가하고 미소성체를 그 금형으로부터 회수함으로써 생배치를 미소성체로 가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 담체가 생배치의 약 2wt% 내지 약 7wt%의 양으로 결합체를 포함하고, 생배치를 금형에 가압하고 미소성체를 그 금형으로부터 회수함으로써 생배치를 미소성체로 가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
