Claims (26)
- 아래의 성분 (A), (B), (C) 및 (D)를 함유하는 아크릴 개질 실리콘 수지 도장재의 경화도막으로 형성된 제1도장층과, 아래의 성분 (E) 및 (F)를 함유하는 기능성 도장재의 경화도막으로 형성된 제2도장층을 기재의 표면에 가진 기능성 도장품;성분 (A):아래의 일반 구조식 (I)R1 mSiX4-m------ (I)(위의 식에서 R1은 탄소 원자수 1∼8의 치환 또는 비치환의 1가 탄화수소기로서 동일하거나 상이해도 좋고, m은 0∼3의 정수이며, X는 가수분해성기를 나타냄)로 나타내어지는 가수 분해성 오르가노실란을 상기한 가수분해성기(X) 1 몰 당량에 대해 물을 0.001∼0.5 몰 사용하는 조건하에서 유기용매, 물 또는 이들의 혼합용매에 분산시킨 콜로이드질 실리카중에서, 부분 가수분해하여 얻어지는 실리카 분산 오르가노실란 올리고머 용액;성분 (B):아래의 평균 조성식 (II)로 나타내어지고 분자구조중에 실라놀기를 가지며 평균 분자량 (폴리스티렌으로 환산)이 700∼20,000인 폴리오르가노실록산:R2 aSi(OH)bO(4-a-b)/2------ (II)(위의 식에서 R2는 탄소 원자수 1∼8의 치환 또는 비치환의 1가 탄화 수소기로서 동일하거나 상이해도 좋고, a 및 b는 각각 0.2≤a≤2, 0.0001≤b≤3, a+b<4인 조건을 만족함);성분 (C):경화 촉매;성분 (D):아래의 일반식 (III)으로 나타내어지는 제1메타크릴레이트와,CH2= CR3(COOR4) ------ (III)(위에서 R3은 수소원자 및/또는 메틸기이고, R4가 탄소원자수 1∼9의 치환 또는 비치환의 탄화수소기임), 위의 일반식 (III)에 있어서 R3이 수소원자 및/또는 메틸기이고, R4가 에폭시기, 글리시딜기, 및 이들 기중의 하나 이상을 가진 탄화수소기로 된 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 기인 제2메타크릴레이트와, 위의 일반식 (III)에 있어서 R3이 수소원자 및/또는 메틸기이고, R4가 알콕시 실릴기 및/또는 할로겐화 실릴기를 함유한 탄화수소기인 제3메타크릴레이트로 된 평균 분자량 (폴리스티렌으로 환산) 1,000∼50,000의 아크릴 공중합체 수지;성분 (E):아래의 가수분해된 중축합물을 함유하며, 상기 중량 평균 분자량이 폴리스티렌으로 환산하여 800 이상으로 조정된 오르가노실록산:일반식 Si(OR5)4로 나타내어지는 실리카 화합물 및/또는 콜로이드질 실리카 5∼30,000 중량부,일반식 R6Si(OR5)3으로 나타내어지는 실리카 화합물 100 중량부,일반식 R6Si(OR5)2로 나타내어지는 실리카 화합물 0∼60 중량부(위의 식에서 R5및 R6는 1가 탄화수소기를 나타냄); 및성분 (F):광촉매.
- 아래의 성분 (A), (B), (C) 및 (D)를 함유하는 아크릴 개질 실리콘 수지 도장재의 경화도막으로 형성된 제1도장층과, 아래의 성분 (A), (B), (C) 및 (F)를 함유하는 기능성 도장재의 경화도막으로 형성된 제2도장층을 기재의 표면에 가진 기능성 도장품;성분 (A):아래의 일반 구조식 (I)R1 mSiX4-m------ (I)(위의 식에서 R1은 탄소 원자수 1∼8의 치환 또는 비치환의 1가 탄화수소기로서 동일하거나 상이해도 좋고, m은 0∼3의 정수이며, X는 가수분해성기를 나타냄)로 나타내어지는 가수 분해성 오르가노실란을 상기한 가수분해성기(X) 1 몰 당량에 대해 물을 0.001∼0.5 몰 사용하는 조건하에서 유기용매, 물 또는 이들의 혼합용매중에 분산시킨 콜로이드질 실리카중에서 부분 가수분해하여 얻어지는 실리카 분산 오르가노실란 올리고머 용액;성분 (B):아래의 평균 조성식 (II)로 나타내어지고 분자구조중에 실라놀기를 가지며 평균 분자량 (폴리스티렌으로 환산)이 700∼20,000인 폴리오르가노실록산:R2 aSi(OH)bO(4-a-b)/2--------- (II)(위의 식에서 R2는 탄소 원자수 1∼8의 치환 또는 비치환의 1가 탄화 수소기로서 동일하거나 상이해도 좋고, a 및 b는 각각 0.2≤a≤2, 0.0001≤b≤3, a+b<4인 조건을 만족함);성분 (C):경화 촉매;성분 (D):아래의 일반식 (III)으로 나타내어지는 제1메타크릴레이트와,CH2= CR3(COOR4) ----- (III)(위에서 R3은 수소원자 및/또는 메틸기이고, R4가 탄소원자수 1∼9의 치환 또는 비치환의 탄화수소기임), 위의 일반식 (III)에 있어서 R3이 수소원자 및/또는 메틸기이고, R4가 에폭시기, 글리시딜기, 및 이들 기중의 하나 이상을 가진 탄화수소기로 된 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 기인 제2메타크릴레이트와, 위의 일반식 (III)에 있어서 R3이 수소원자 및/또는 메틸기이고, R4가 알콕시 실릴기 및/또는 할로겐화 실릴기를 함유한 탄화수소기인 제3메타크릴레이트로 된 평균 분자량 (폴리스티렌으로 환산) 1,000∼50,000의 아크릴 공중합체 수지;성분 (F):광촉매.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 아크릴 개질 실리콘 수지 도장재에 있어서 전체 축합물의 고형물 함량에 대하여 성분 (A) 1∼94 중량부중에 성분 (B) 1∼94 중량부와 성분 (D) 5∼35 중량부를 배합 (단, 성분 (A), (B) 및 (D)의 합계량은 100 중량부가 됨)하는 기능성 도장품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 추가로 안료를 함유하는 기능성 도장품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 기재는 금속 기재, 유기질 기재, 및 상기 기재중의 어느 하나가 그 표면에 유기 화합물로 형성된 도막을 가지고 있는 유기물 도포 기재로 된 군으로부터 선택되는 기능성 도장품.
- 아래의 단계들을 포함하는 기능성 도장재의 제조방법:아래의 성분 (A), (B), (C) 및 (D)를 함유하는 아크릴 개질 실리콘 수지 도장재를 기재 표면에 도포하여 제1도장층을 형성하는 단계와,제1도장층을 반경화시켜 반경화층을 형성하는 단계와,아래의 성분 (E) 및 (F)를 함유하는 기능성 도장재를 상기 반경화층의 표면에 도포하여 제2도장층을 형성하는 단계, 및상기 반경화층과 상기 제2도장층을 경화하는 단계:성분 (A):아래의 일반 구조식 (I)R1 mSiX4-m------ (I)(위의 식에서 R1은 탄소 원자수 1∼8의 치환 또는 비치환의 1가 탄화수소기로서 동일하거나 상이해도 좋고, m은 0∼3의 정수이며, X는 가수분해성기를 나타냄)로 나타내어지는 가수 분해성 오르가노실란을 상기한 가수분해성기(X) 1 몰 당량에 대해 물을 0.001∼0.5 몰 사용하는 조건하에서 유기용매중에 분산시킨 콜로이드질 실리카, 물 또는 이들의 혼합용매중에서 부분 가수분해하여 얻어지는 실리카 분산 오르가노실란 올리고머 용액;성분 (B):아래의 평균 조성식 (II)로 나타내어지고 분자구조중에 실라놀기를 가지며 평균 분자량 (폴리스티렌으로 환산)이 700∼20,000인 폴리오르가노실록산:R2 aSi(OH)bO(4-a-b)/2--------- (II)(위의 식에서 R2는 탄소 원자수 1∼8의 치환 또는 비치환의 1가 탄화 수소기로서 동일하거나 상이해도 좋고, a 및 b는 각각 0.2≤a≤2, 0.0001≤b≤3, a+b<4인 조건을 만족함);성분 (C):경화 촉매;성분 (D):아래의 일반식 (III)으로 나타내어지는 제1메타크릴레이트와,CH2= CR3(COOR4) ----- (III)(위에서 R3은 수소원자 및/또는 메틸기이고, R4가 탄소원자수 1∼9의 치환 또는 비치환의 탄화수소기임), 위의 일반식 (III)에 있어서 R3이 수소원자 및/또는 메틸기이고, R4가 에폭시기, 글리시딜기, 및 이들 기중의 하나 이상을 가진 탄화수소기로 된 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 기인 제2메타크릴레이트와, 위의 일반식 (III)에 있어서 R3이 수소원자 및/또는 메틸기이고, R4가 알콕시 실릴기 및/또는할로겐화 실릴기를 함유한 탄화수소기인 제3메타크릴레이트로 된 평균 분자량 (폴리스티렌으로 환산) 1,000∼50,000의 아크릴 공중합체 수지;성분 (E):아래의 가수분해된 중축합물을 함유하며, 상기 중량 평균 분자량이 폴리스티렌으로 환산하여 800 이상으로 조정된 오르가노실록산:일반식 Si(OR5)4로 나타내어지는 실리카 화합물 및/또는 콜로이드질 실리카 5∼30,000 중량부,일반식 R6Si(OR5)3으로 나타내어지는 실리카 화합물 100 중량부,일반식 R6Si(OR5)2로 나타내어지는 실리카 화합물 0∼60 중량부(위의 식에서 R5및 R6는 1가 탄화수소기를 나타냄); 및성분 (F):광촉매.
- 아래의 단계들을 포함하는 기능성 도장재의 제조방법:아래의 성분 (A), (B), (C) 및 (D)를 함유하는 아크릴 개질 실리콘 수지 도장재를 기재 표면에 도포하여 제1도장층을 형성하는 단계와,제1도장층을 반경화시켜 반경화층을 형성하는 단계와,아래의 성분 (A), (B), (C) 및 (F)를 함유하는 기능성 도장재를 상기 반경화층의 표면에 도포하여 제2도장층을 형성하는 단계, 및상기 반경화층과 상기 제2도장층을 경화하는 단계:성분 (A):아래의 일반 구조식 (I)R1 mSiX4-m------ (I)(위의 식에서 R1은 탄소 원자수 1∼8의 치환 또는 비치환의 1가 탄화수소기로서 동일하거나 상이해도 좋고, m은 0∼3의 정수이며, X는 가수분해성기를 나타냄)로 나타내어지는 가수 분해성 오르가노실란을 상기한 가수분해성기(X) 1 몰 당량에 대해 물을 0.001∼0.5 몰 사용하는 조건하에서 유기용매중에 분산시킨 콜로이드질 실리카, 물 또는 이들의 혼합용매중에서 부분 가수분해하여 얻어지는 실리카 분산 오르가노실란 올리고머 용액;성분 (B):아래의 평균 조성식 (II)로 나타내어지고 분자구조중에 실라놀기를 가지며 평균 분자량 (폴리스티렌으로 환산)이 700∼20,000인 폴리오르가노실록산:R2 aSi(OH)bO(4-a-b)/2------ (II)(위의 식에서 R2는 탄소 원자수 1∼8의 치환 또는 비치환의 1가 탄화 수소기로서 동일하거나 상이해도 좋고, a 및 b는 각각 0.2≤a≤2, 0.0001≤b≤3, a+b<4인 조건을 만족함);성분 (C):경화 촉매;성분 (D):아래의 일반식 (III)으로 나타내어지는 제1메타크릴레이트와,CH2= CR3(COOR4) ------ (III)(위에서 R3은 수소원자 및/또는 메틸기이고, R4가 탄소원자수 1∼9의 치환 또는 비치환의 탄화수소기임), 위의 일반식 (III)에 있어서 R3이 수소원자 및/또는 메틸기이고, R4가 에폭시기, 글리시딜기, 및 이들 기중의 하나 이상을 가진 탄화수소기로 된 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 기인 제2메타크릴레이트와, 위의 일반식 (III)에 있어서 R3이 수소원자 및/또는 메틸기이고, R4가 알콕시 실릴기 및/또는 할로겐화 실릴기를 함유한 탄화수소기인 제3메타크릴레이트로 된 평균 분자량 (폴리스티렌으로 환산) 1,000∼50,000의 아크릴 공중합체 수지; 및성분 (F):광촉매.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기한 아크릴 개질 실리콘 수지 도장재에 있어서 전체 축합물의 고형물 함량에 대하여 성분 (A) 1∼94 중량부중에 성분 (B)1∼94 중량부와 성분 (D) 5∼35 중량부를 배합 (단, 성분 (A), (B) 및 (D)의 합계량은 100 중량부가 됨)하는 기능성 도장품의 제조방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 추가로 안료를 함유하는 기능성 도장품의 제조방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 기재는 금속 기재, 유기질 기재, 및 상기 기재중의 어느 하나가 그 표면에 유기 물질로 형성된 도막을 가지고 있는 유기물 도포 기재로 된 군으로부터 선택되는 기능성 도장품의 제조방법.
- 적어도 일부가 제1항 또는 제2항에 의한 기능성 도장품을 구비한 건물 관련 부재.
- 적어도 일부가 제1항 또는 제2항에 의한 기능성 도장품을 구비한 건물의 게이트.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기한 적어도 일부분은 게이트 기둥인 건물의 게이트.
- 적어도 일부가 제1항 또는 제2항에 의한 기능성 도장품을 구비한 건물의 벽체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기재가 게이트를 사용하기 위한 부재인 기능성 도장품.
- 적어도 일부가 제1항 또는 제2항에 의한 기능성 도장품을 구비한 창문.
- 제16항에 있어서, 창문이 채광창인 창문.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기한 적어도 일부분은 창문틀인 창문.
- 적어도 일부가 제1항 또는 제2항에 의한 기능성 도장품을 구비한 자동차.
