Claims (7)
- 원통형의 안쪽 및 바깥둘레면을 포함하는 고리형상의 피스톤 삽입구멍(5)을 구비한 하우징(3)과; 상기 피스톤 삽입구멍(5)내에 미끄럼운동이 자유롭게 삽입되며 안쪽 및 바깥둘레부를 포함하는 고리형상부를 가지는 피스톤부재(6)와; 상기 피스톤부재(6)의 안쪽둘레부에 고정되고, 상기 피스톤부재(6)의 안쪽둘레부와 미끄럼운동이 자유롭게 접촉되는 밀봉부(9,91)를 가지는 안둘레 시일립(7) 및; 상기 피스톤부재(6)의 바깥둘레부에 고정되고, 상기 피스톤부재(6)의 바깥둘레부와 미끄럼운동이 자유롭게 접촉되는 밀봉부(9,91)를 가지는 바깥둘레 시일릴(8)을 포함하여 구성되며; 상기 안둘레 시일립(7) 및 바깥둘레 시일립(8)의 밀봉부(9,91)는 상호간에 병행관계로 방사방향으로 배치되며 0.05mm 내지 0.2 mm의 깊이를 가지는 다수개의 홈으로 형성된 요철부를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하우징(3)은 피스톤부재(6)가 슬리브(2)에 장착되는 유지고리로서 형성되어 유니트로서 0 내지 8,000 rpm의 속도로 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하우징(3)과, 피스톤부재(6)와, 안둘레 시일립(7) 및 바깥둘레 시일립(8)은 작동압력(PA)이 가해지는 압력실(A)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 오일실(B)이 상기 피스톤부재(6)에 의하여 형성되고, 그 피스톤부재(6)가 압력실(A)과 오일실(B)의 사이에 위치하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 작동압력이 작용하는 압력실(A) 및 오일실(B)이 상기 피스톤부재(6)에 의하여 형성되고, 그 피스톤부재(6)가 압력실(A)과 오일실(B) 사이에 위치되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 작용압력이 작용하는 압력실(A) 및 오일실(B)이 상기 피스톤부재(6)에 의하여 형성되고, 그 피스톤부재(6)가 압력실(A)과 오일실(B) 사이에 위치되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 밀봉장치가 자동차용 자동변속기에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉장치.
