Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも1のメラミン縮合生成物を製造する方法であって、(i)少なくと も1の有機酸、(ii)少なくとも1の、前記有機酸のアンモニアまたはメラミンの 塩、または(iii)上記(i)と(ii)との混合物の存在中で、前記メラミン縮合生成物 の形成に有効な反応条件下で、メラミンまたはメラミンの塩を含む出発物質を加 熱する段階を含む方法。 2.前記有機酸が、前記メラミン縮合生成物の形成において使用される請求項1 記載の方法。 3.前記有機酸が、スルホン酸である請求項2記載の方法。 4.前記スルホン酸が、パラ‐トルエンスルホン酸である請求項3記載の方法。 5.前記加熱する段階が、実質的に水平に配置された、撹拌された反応器中で行 われる請求項1記載の方法。 6.前記加熱する段階が、約250〜約350℃の温度で行われる請求項1記載の方法 。 7.前記加熱する段階が、約280〜約320℃の温度で行われる請求項1記載の方法 。 8.前記有機酸またはその塩の量が、前記出発物質1モルに対して、約0.05〜約 5.0モルである請求項1記載の方法。 9.前記有機酸またはその塩の量が、約0.1〜約3.0モルである請求項8記載の方 法。 10.前記出発物質がメラミンを含む請求項1記載の方法。 11.前記出発物質がメラミンである請求項10記載の方法。 12.前記メラミン縮合生成物が、メラムまたはメラム塩を含む請求項1記載の方 法。 13.前記メラミン縮合生成物が、次いで精製されてメラムを与えるところの前記 メラム塩である請求項12記載の方法。 14.残留縮合剤含量が1重量%未満である、メラムのようなメラミン縮合生成物 。 15.(i)成形可能なポリマーおよび(ii)メラミン縮合生成物を含む組成物であっ て、(i)の量および(ii)の量が、前記組成物に難燃性および成形性を与えるのに 有効であるところの組成物。 16.前記メラミン縮合生成物が、請求項1記載の方法によ り製造される請求項15記載の組成物。 17.前記メラミン縮合生成物が、メラムを含む請求項15記載の組成物。 18.前記メラミン縮合生成物が、残留縮合剤含量1重量%未満を有する請求項15 記載の組成物。 19.前記成形可能なポリマーが、射出成形可能なポリマーである請求項15記載の 組成物。 20.(i)の量が、約5〜約35重量%である請求項15記載の組成物。 21.請求項15記載の前記組成物を含む物品。 22.明細書および実施例に実質的に記載されたような、メラミン縮合生成物の製 造方法。 23.明細書および実施例に実質的に記載されたように、メラムのようなメラミン 縮合生成物を、ポリマー組成物において防炎加工剤として使用する方法。
