Claims (7)
- 外装ケース内に、バーナと、バーナから噴出する混合気の燃焼空間を囲う燃焼筐と、燃焼筐から排出される燃焼排ガスが流れる排気ダクトとが収納された屋内設置型燃焼装置であって、外装ケースの上面に、排気ダクトに連通する、排気管を接続可能な筒状の排気接続口と、排気管が内部に収納された2重管方式の給気管を接続可能な、排気接続口を囲う筒状の第1給気接続口と、排気管から分離独立した2本管方式の給気管を接続可能な筒状の第2給気接続口とが設けられるものにおいて、
第1と第2の両給気接続口に連通する給気ボックスが設けられ、給気ボックスの1箇所に、第1と第2の両給気接続口のうちの任意の給気接続口から流入した空気を外装ケースの内部空間に流出させる流出口が開設され、この流出口に、空気中の異物を捕捉する給気フィルタが装着されることを特徴とする屋内設置型燃焼装置。 - 前記給気ボックスの一部は、前記外装ケースの一部で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の屋内設置型燃焼装置。
- 前記流出口から流出する空気が当たる位置に、動作中に発熱する部品が配置されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の屋内設置型燃焼装置。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか1項記載の屋内設置型燃焼装置であって、前記外装ケースは、前面が開放された箱形のケース本体と、ケース本体の前面に取付けられる前カバーとで構成されるものにおいて、前記給気フィルタは、前記流出口に前記給気ボックスの前方から抜差し自在に装着され、外装ケースの前カバーに、給気フィルタの前端に対向して給気フィルタを抜け止めするフィルタ押え部が設けられることを特徴とする屋内設置型燃焼装置。
- 前記流出口は、前記給気ボックスの底板の前記第1と第2の両給気接続口の直下位置から外れた部分に開設されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項記載の屋内設置型燃焼装置。
- 前記給気ボックスの底板は、前記流出口側が高くなるように、前後方向と左右方向の少なくとも一方に傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項5記載の屋内設置型燃焼装置。
- 前記給気ボックスの底板に、前記第1と第2の両給気接続口の直下位置のうち前記流出口に隣接する給気接続口の直下位置と流出口との間に位置させて、底板の傾斜方向に沿ってのびる、下方に窪んだ凹溝又は上方に突出する凸条が設けられることを特徴とする請求項6記載の屋内設置型燃焼装置。
