Description
Claims (4)
- 混合気を下向きに噴出させて燃焼させるバーナと、燃焼ガスで加熱される熱交換器を内蔵する、バーナの下側に設けられた燃焼筐とを備える燃焼装置に設けられる排気ダクトであって、
燃焼筐の下部に開設した燃焼ガスの排気口に接続される下部の流入口を有する、燃焼筐の外側面に沿って上方にのびる起立ダクト部を備え、燃焼筐の当該外側面の法線方向を前後方向、当該外側面に近い側を前側、その反対側を後側、前後方向に直交する水平方向を横方向として、起立ダクト部は、前後方向寸法が横方向寸法よりも小さい偏平形状に形成されるものにおいて、
起立ダクト部の内部に、前側板部と後側板部とを連結する上下方向に長手の桟が設けられることを特徴とする排気ダクト。 - 請求項1記載の排気ダクトであって、前記起立ダクト部の下部に、前記流入口の上方に位置させて、起立ダクト部を後側から前記燃焼筐に締結するダクト締結部が設けられるものにおいて、前記桟の設置位置は、ダクト締結部の真上であることを特徴とする排気ダクト。
- 前記起立ダクト部の横方向一側の側縁とこれに隣接する前記桟との間の間隔と、起立ダクト部の横方向他側の側縁とこれに隣接する桟との間の間隔と、桟が複数設けられる場合は桟間の間隔とのうち少なくとも一つの間隔を他の間隔と異ならせることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の排気ダクト。
- 前記桟が複数設けられ、各桟の横方向又は上下方向の寸法を異ならせることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の排気ダクト。
