Abstract
(해결수단) 연료가스를 연소시켜서 연소배출가스를 생성하는 버너(11)와, 연소배출가스 중의 열을 회수해서 전열 매체를 가열하는 열교환기(12)를 구비하며, 연소배출가스를 하우징(20) 내의 열교환기(12)에 대해서 위쪽으로부터 아래쪽으로 유통시켜서 하우징(20)의 아래쪽의 일측면측에 연이어 형성된 배기통로(22B)를 통해서 배기구(103)로 유도하도록 구성된 연소장치로서, 하우징(20)의 하류측이 되는 열교환기(12)의 아래쪽에 복수의 통기구멍(50)을 갖는 배기 저항판(5)이 설치되고, 배기 저항판(5)의 통기구멍(50)은 열교환기(12)에서 생성되어 배기 저항판(2) 위로 적하된 드레인을 아래쪽으로 적하시키도록, 각각 하우징(20)의 아래쪽으로부터 배기통로(22B)로 연소배출가스가 흐르는 방향으로 연장되는 긴 구멍으로 형성된 연소장치.

Claims (7)
- 연료가스를 연소시켜서 연소배출가스를 생성하는 버너와, 상기 연소배출가스 중의 열을 회수해서 전열 매체를 가열하는 열교환기를 구비하며, 상기 연소배출가스를 직사각형 상자 형상의 하우징 내의 열교환기에 대해서 위쪽으로부터 아래쪽으로 유통시켜서 하우징의 아래쪽의 일측면측에 연이어 형성된 배기통로를 통해서 배기구로 유도하도록 구성된 연소장치로서,
하우징의 하류측이 되는 열교환기의 아래쪽에 복수의 통기구멍을 갖는 배기 저항판이 설치되고,
상기 배기 저항판의 통기구멍은, 열교환기에서 생성되어 배기 저항판 위로 적하된 드레인을 아래쪽으로 적하시키도록, 각각 하우징의 아래쪽으로부터 배기통로로 연소배출가스가 흐르는 방향으로 연장되는 긴 구멍으로 형성된 연소장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 통기구멍은 배기통로측의 단부보다 반대측의 단부가 넓은 폭으로 형성된 연소장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
배기 저항판은 아래쪽으로 오목한 곡면판 형상으로 형성된 연소장치. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
배기 저항판은 아래쪽으로 오목한 곡면판 형상으로 형성된 연소장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
배기 저항판은 통기구멍의 한쪽의 단부측으로부터 다른쪽의 단부측으로 아래쪽으로 경사지게 배치된 연소장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
배기 저항판은 통기구멍의 한쪽의 단부측으로부터 다른쪽의 단부측으로 아래쪽으로 경사지게 배치된 연소장치.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 6 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
통기구멍은 각각 다른 크기로 형성된 연소장치.
