熱媒体を吸入して吐出する第1ポンプ(12)と、
冷凍サイクル(22)の冷媒を吸入して吐出する圧縮機(23)と、
冷凍サイクル(22)の高圧側冷媒と、第1ポンプ(12)によって循環される熱媒体とを熱交換させる高圧側熱交換器(15)と、
第1ポンプ(12)によって循環される熱媒体と外気とを熱交換させる熱媒体外気熱交換器(13)と、
圧縮機(23)が停止しても第1ポンプ(12)の作動が継続するように第1ポンプ(12)の作動を制御するポンプ制御手段(50a)とを備え、
ポンプ制御手段(50a)は、圧縮機(23)が停止して第1ポンプ(12)の作動が継続している場合において、熱媒体の温度から外気の温度を減じた差が第1所定値以下になったと判定した場合、第1ポンプ(12)を停止させる。
図1に示す車両用熱管理システム10は、車両が備える各種機器や車室内を適切な温度に調整するために用いられる。本実施形態では、車両用熱管理システム10を、エンジン(内燃機関)および走行用電動モータから車両走行用の駆動力を得るハイブリッド自動車に適用している。
本実施形態では、図7に示すように、上記第1実施形態の冷却水冷却器14およびクーラコア17の代わりに、蒸発器60を備えている。
上記実施形態を適宜組み合わせ可能である。上記実施形態を例えば以下のように種々変形可能である。

Claims (7)
- 熱媒体を吸入して吐出する第1ポンプ(12)と、
冷凍サイクル(22)の冷媒を吸入して吐出する圧縮機(23)と、
前記冷凍サイクル(22)の高圧側冷媒と、前記第1ポンプ(12)によって循環される前記熱媒体とを熱交換させる高圧側熱交換器(15)と、
前記第1ポンプ(12)によって循環される前記熱媒体と外気とを熱交換させる熱媒体外気熱交換器(13)と、
前記圧縮機(23)が停止しても前記第1ポンプ(12)の作動が継続するように前記第1ポンプ(12)の作動を制御するポンプ制御手段(50a)とを備え、
前記ポンプ制御手段(50a)は、前記圧縮機(23)が停止して前記第1ポンプ(12)の作動が継続している場合において、前記熱媒体の温度から外気の温度を減じた差が第1所定値以下になったと判定した場合、前記第1ポンプ(12)を停止させることを特徴とする車両用熱管理システム。 - 前記熱媒体を吸入して吐出する第2ポンプ(11)と、

前記熱媒体外気熱交換器(13)と前記第1ポンプ(12)との間で前記熱媒体が循環する第1循環状態と、前記熱媒体外気熱交換器(13)と前記第2ポンプ(11)との間で前記熱媒体が循環する第2循環状態とを切り替える切替手段(19、20)とを備え、
前記切替手段(19、20)が前記第2循環状態に切り替えている場合、前記ポンプ制御手段(50a)は、前記圧縮機(23)が停止しても前記第2ポンプ(11)の作動が継続するように前記第2ポンプ(11)の作動を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用熱管理システム。 - 前記ポンプ制御手段(50a)は、前記圧縮機(23)が停止して前記第2ポンプ(11)の作動が継続している場合において、外気の温度から前記熱媒体の温度を減じた差が第2所定値以下になったと判定した場合、前記第2ポンプ(11)を停止させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用熱管理システム。
- 前記熱媒体外気熱交換器(13)に外気を送風する外気送風手段(21)と、
前記圧縮機(23)が停止しても前記外気送風手段(21)の作動が継続するように前記外気送風手段(21)の作動を制御する外気送風制御手段(50b)とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の車両用熱管理システム。 - 前記熱媒体外気熱交換器(13)に外気を送風する外気送風手段(21)と、
前記圧縮機(23)が停止しても前記外気送風手段(21)の作動が継続するように前記外気送風手段(21)の作動を制御する外気送風制御手段(50b)とを備え、
前記外気送風制御手段(50b)は、前記圧縮機(23)が停止して前記外気送風手段(21)の作動が継続している場合において、前記熱媒体の温度から外気の温度を減じた差が前記第1所定値以下になったと判定した場合、前記外気送風手段(21)を停止させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用熱管理システム。 - 前記熱媒体外気熱交換器(13)に外気を送風する外気送風手段(21)と、
前記圧縮機(23)が停止しても前記外気送風手段(21)の作動が継続するように前記外気送風手段(21)の作動を制御する外気送風制御手段(50b)とを備え、
前記外気送風制御手段(50b)は、前記圧縮機(23)が停止して前記外気送風手段
(21)の作動が継続している場合において、外気の温度から前記熱媒体の温度を減じた差が前記第2所定値以下になったと判定した場合、前記外気送風手段(21)を停止させることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両用熱管理システム。 - 前記圧縮機(23)は、エンジンが発生する駆動力によって駆動されるようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記載の車両用熱管理システム。
