Description
本発明は、一つの実施例において、
金属材マトリックス;
前記金属材マトリックス上に形成され、下記の化学式1で表される化合物を含有する皮膜;
前記皮膜上に形成された波長変換層;および
前記波長変換層上に形成されたトップコートを含む表面処理された基材を提供する:

前記化学式1において、
Mは、Na、K、Mg、CaおよびBaからなる群から選択される1種以上を含み、
mは、1または2である。
また、本発明は他の一つの実施例において、
金属材マトリックス上に皮膜を形成する段階;
前記皮膜上に波長変換層を形成する段階;および
前記波長変換層上にトップコートを形成する段階を含む基材の表面処理方法を提供する。
本発明は、一つの実施例において、
金属材マトリックス;
前記金属材マトリックス上に形成され、下記の化学式1で表される化合物を含有する皮膜;
前記皮膜上に形成された波長変換層;および
前記波長変換層上に形成されたトップコートを含む表面処理された基材を提供する:

前記化学式1において、
Mは、Na、K、Mg、CaおよびBaからなる群から選択される1種以上を含み、
mは、1または2である。
金属材マトリックス上に皮膜を形成する段階;
前記皮膜上に波長変換層を形成する段階;および
前記波長変換層上にトップコートを形成する段階を含む基材の表面処理方法を提供する。
金属材マトリックス上に皮膜を形成する段階は、
金属材マトリックスをN1濃度の水酸化溶液で浸漬する第1浸漬段階;および
金属材マトリックスをNn濃度の水酸化溶液で浸漬する第n浸漬段階を含み、
第1および第n浸漬段階で、水酸化溶液の濃度はそれぞれ独立的に下記の数学式1および2の条件を満足し、nは2以上6以下の整数である方法で遂行され得る:

前記数学式1および2において、
N1およびNnは各段階別水酸化溶液の濃度を表わし、単位は重量%である。
金属材マトリックスであるマグネシウムを含む試片(横1cm×縦1cm×0.4T)をアルカリ洗浄液に浸漬して脱脂し、脱脂された試片を100℃、10重量%NaOH水溶液に50分間浸漬した。その後、前記試片を蒸溜水でリンシングし、乾燥オーブンで乾燥させた後、スパッタ法を利用して10nm〜20nm厚さでクロム(Cr)層を形成した。前記クロム(Cr)層上に液相の艶消しクリア塗料を塗布し120℃−150℃オーブン乾燥して赤色の表面処理された試片を製造した。このとき、コーティングされた艶消しクリアの平均厚さは25μmである。
前記実施例1で試片を50分間水酸化溶液浸漬する代わりに85分間浸漬することを除いては、前記実施例1と同じ方法で遂行して緑色の表面処理された試片を製造した。
前記実施例1で試片を50分間水酸化溶液浸漬する代わりに10分間浸漬することを除いては、前記実施例1と同じ方法で遂行して銀色の表面処理された試片を製造した。製造された試片に対して透過電子顕微鏡撮影を遂行し、その結果を図2に示した。図2に示した通り、前記試片に形成されたクロム層の平均厚さ(D1)は約10nmであることが確認された。
前記実施例1で試片を50分間水酸化溶液浸漬する代わりに10分間浸漬し、クロム(Cr)層の代わりにアルミニウム(Al)層を形成することを除いては、前記実施例1と同じ方法で遂行して銀色の表面処理された試片を製造した。製造された試片に対して透過電子顕微鏡撮影を遂行し、その結果を図3に示した。図3に示した通り、前記試片に形成されたアルミニウム層の平均厚さ(D2)は約13nmであることが確認された。
金属材マトリックスであるマグネシウムを含む試片(横1cm×縦1cm×0.4T)をアルカリ洗浄液に浸漬して脱脂し、脱脂された試片を100℃、10重量%NaOH水溶液に85分間浸漬した。その後、前記試片を蒸溜水でリンシングし、乾燥オーブンで乾燥させた後、液相の艶消しクリア塗料を塗布し120℃−150℃オーブン乾燥して表面処理された試片を製造した。このとき、コーティングされた艶消しクリアの平均厚さは5μmである。
前記比較例1でコーティングされた艶消しクリアの平均厚さが5μmになるようにコーティングする代わりに30μm以上になるようにコーティングすることを除いては前記比較例1と同じ方法で遂行して表面処理された試片を製造した。
水酸化溶液の種類によった発色処理された基材の発色速度および発色力を評価するために下記のような実験を遂行した。
金属材マトリックスの水酸化溶液浸漬時間による発色程度を評価するために下記のような実験を遂行した。
本発明に係る表面処理された基材の色相および色相均一度を評価するために下記のような実験を遂行した。
Claims (9)
- 金属材マトリックス;
前記金属材マトリックス上に形成され、下記の化学式1で表される化合物を含有する皮膜;
前記皮膜上に形成された波長変換層;および
前記波長変換層上に形成されたトップコートを含む、表面処理された基材であって、
前記波長変換層は、アルミニウム(Al)、クロム(Cr)、チタニウム(Ti)、金(Au)、モリブデン(Mo)、銀(Ag)、マンガン(Mn)、ジルコニウム(Zr)、パラジウム(Pd)、白金(Pt)、コバルト(Co)、カドミウム(Cd)、または銅(Cu)を含む金属、および前記金属のイオンからなる群から選択される1種以上を含み、
前記皮膜の平均厚さは、50nm〜2μmであり、
前記波長変換層の平均厚さは、5nm〜200nmである、表面処理された基材:

前記化学式1において、
Mは、Na、K、Mg、Ca、およびBaからなる群から選択される1種以上を含み、
mは、1または2である。 - トップコート上に存在する任意の領域(横1cmおよび縦1cm)に含まれる任意の3点は、
各地点間の平均色座標偏差(ΔL*、Δa*、Δb*)がΔL*<0.5、Δa*<0.7およびΔb*<0.6の中の一つ以上の条件を満足する、請求項1に記載の表面処理された基材。 - 金属材マトリックスはステンレス鋼またはチタニウム(Ti)をさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載の表面処理された基材。
- 金属材マトリックスを水酸化溶液に浸漬することにより、金属材マトリックス上に、下記の化学式1で表される化合物を含有する皮膜を形成する段階;
前記皮膜上に波長変換層を形成する段階;および
前記波長変換層上にトップコートを形成する段階を含む、基材の表面処理方法であって、
前記波長変換層は、アルミニウム(Al)、クロム(Cr)、チタニウム(Ti)、金(Au)、モリブデン(Mo)、銀(Ag)、マンガン(Mn)、ジルコニウム(Zr)、パラジウム(Pd)、白金(Pt)、コバルト(Co)、カドミウム(Cd)、または銅(Cu)を含む金属、および前記金属のイオンからなる群から選択される1種以上を含み、
前記皮膜の平均厚さは、50nm〜2μmであり、
前記波長変換層の平均厚さは、5nm〜200nmであり、
前記水酸化溶液の温度が、95℃〜110℃である、基材の表面処理方法:

mは、1または2である。 - 水酸化溶液は、NaOH、KOH、Mg(OH)2、Ca(OH)2、およびBa(OH)2からなる群から選択される1種以上を含む、請求項4に記載の基材の表面処理方法。
- 水酸化溶液の濃度は、1重量%〜40重量%である、請求項5に記載の基材の表面処理方法。
- 金属材マトリックス上に皮膜を形成する段階は、
金属材マトリックスをN1濃度の水酸化溶液で浸漬する第1浸漬段階;および
金属材マトリックスをNn濃度の水酸化溶液で浸漬する第n浸漬段階を含み、
第1浸漬段階および第n浸漬段階において、水酸化溶液の濃度はそれぞれ独立的に下記の数学式1および2の条件を満足し、nは2以上6以下の整数である、請求項4〜6のいずれか1項に記載の基材の表面処理方法:

前記数学式1および2において、
N1およびNnは各段階別水酸化溶液の濃度を表し、単位は重量%である。 - 波長変換層を形成する段階は、真空蒸着、スパッタリング、イオンメッキ、またはイオンビーム蒸着によって遂行される、請求項4〜7のいずれか1項に記載の基材の表面処理方法。
- 金属材マトリックス上に皮膜を形成する段階の前に、表面を前処理する段階;および
金属材マトリックス上に皮膜を形成する段階の後に、リンシングする段階のうちいずれか一つ以上の段階をさらに含む、請求項4〜8のいずれか1項に記載の基材の表面処理方法。
