Abstract
Description
1cm×1cm×0.4Tのマグネシウム基材をアルカリ洗浄液に浸漬して脱脂し、脱脂した基材を95℃、10重量%のNaOH水溶液に10分間浸漬した。その後、前記基板を蒸留水にてリンシングし、乾燥オーブンで乾燥させて中間層が形成されたマグネシウム基材を得た。
横6cm×縦6cm×0.4Tのマグネシウム基材をアルカリ洗浄液に浸漬して脱脂し、脱脂した試験片を100℃の蒸留水に40分間浸漬して金属水酸化物であるマグネシウム水酸化物(Mg(OH)2)を含む中間層(平均厚さ:約37±1.5nm)を形成した。中間層が形成された基材を80℃の乾燥オーブンで30分間乾燥させ、化学気相蒸着機に固定させた。その後、原料ガスとして、メタンガス、水素ガス及び酸素ガスを使用して80℃、10mTorr下でダイヤモンド状炭素層(DLC層)を蒸着して発色処理された基板を得た。このように得られた発色処理された基板の透過電子顕微鏡(TEM)の分析を実行して蒸着された炭素層の平均厚さを測定し、その結果は、下記図2及び表2に示した。
横6cm×縦6cm×0.4Tのマグネシウム基材をアルカリ洗浄液に浸漬して脱脂し、脱脂した試験片を乾式蒸着機に固定させた。その後、下記300℃の温度下でRF/DCスパッタリング法でクロム層(平均厚さ:約40±2nm)とダイヤモンド状炭素層(DLC層、平均厚さ:1μm)を順に積層して、バッファー層としてクロム層を含む発色処理された基板を得た。
本発明による発色処理された基板の具現色及び色の均一度を評価するために、下記のような実験を実行した。
中間層が形成されたマグネシウム基材の耐腐食性を評価するために下記のような実験を実行した。

Claims (14)
- 金属基材と、
前記金属基材上に形成され、金属水酸化物を含有する中間層と、
前記中間層上に形成された炭素層
とを含む発色処理された基板。 - 金属基材は、マグネシウム(Mg)を含む、請求項1に記載の発色処理された基板。
- 金属水酸化物は、Mg、Ti、Al、Cu、Zn、Cd、Mn及びNiからなる群から選択される1種以上の金属を含む、請求項1に記載の発色処理された基板。
- 金属水酸化物は、マグネシウム水酸化物(Mg(OH)2)を含む、請求項1に記載の発色処理された基板。
- 炭素層の平均厚さは、5nmないし10μmである、請求項1に記載の発色処理された基板。
- 中間層の平均厚さは、5nmないし500nmである、請求項1に記載の発色処理された基板。
- 中間層の平均厚さが100nm以下の場合、
腐食防止層上に存在する任意の領域(横1cm×縦1cm)に含まれる任意の3点の平均CIE色度座標は、76.0≦L*≦77.0、−0.4≦a*≦−1.0及び5.0≦b*≦5.6のうちいずれか一つ以上の条件を満足し、
腐食防止層が形成されたマグネシウム基材(1cm×1cm×0.4T)に対する240時間の塩水噴霧試験時に、
腐食面積が基材の全体表面積の5%以下である、請求項1に記載の発色処理された基板。 - 24時間の塩水噴霧試験(SST、Salt Spray Test)時に、
腐食面積が基材の全体表面積の5%以下である、請求項1に記載の発色処理された基板。 - 炭素層上に存在する任意の領域(横1cm及び縦1cm)に含まれる任意の 3点は、
各点間の平均の色度座標の偏差(ΔL*、Δa*、Δb*)がΔL*<0.5、Δa*<0.6及びΔb*<0.6のうち一つ以上の条件を満足する、請求項1に記載の発色処理された基板。 - 金属基材上に金属水酸化物を含有する中間層を形成する段階と、
前記中間層上に炭素層を形成する段階
とを含む基板の発色処理方法。 - 中間層は、金属基材を水またはアルカリ水溶液に浸漬して形成される、請求項10に記載の基板の発色処理方法。
- 浸漬は、30℃ないし150℃の温度で1分間ないし200分間実行される、請求項11に記載の基板の発色処理方法。
- 炭素層は、イオンプレーティング法、スパッタリング法、高周波プラズマ法、アーク法、プラズマ蒸着法、または化学気相蒸着法によって形成される、請求項10に記載の基板の発色処理方法。
- 中間層を形成する段階の前に、金属基材の表面を前処理する段階と、
炭素層を形成する段階の後に、形成された炭素層上にクリア層を形成する段階のうちいずれか一つ以上の段階をさらに含む、請求項10に記載の基板の発色処理方法。
