도 4는 화학 연마 및 표면 조정(또는, 알칼리 탈지)을 거친 후 투명의 양극 산화막이 형성된 마그네슘계 금속의 표면을 보여주는 광학 현미경 사진.
도 5는 도 4의 사진과 질감을 비교하기 위한 것으로서, 양극산화막이 형성되지 않은 마그네슘계 금속의 표면을 보여주는 광학 현미경 사진.

Claims (6)
- 마그네슘계 금속의 표면을 화학 연마하는 광택 버핑 단계와;
상기 광택 버핑 단계를 거친 마그네슘계 금속을 pH 11 이상의 강염기성 전해액 내에 침지시키는 단계와;
상기 강염기성 전해액 내에서 상기 마그네슘 금속 부재에 전류 밀도0.01~1A/dm2의 전류를 인가하여, 상기 마그네슘계 금속의 표면에 투명의 양극산화막을 형성하는 양극산화처리 단계를 포함하며,
상기 광택 버핑 단계는 질산나트륨과 구연산나트륨을 포함하는 화학연마액으로 상기 마그네슘계 금속의 표면을 화학 연마하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘계 금속의 표면처리방법. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 양극산화처리 단계에서 전압은 10V 이하로 제한되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘계 금속의 표면처리 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 양극산화처리 단계에서, 상기 전해액은 수산화칼륨 100~300 중량부, KF 0.5~50 중량부, NaSiO4 5~50 중량부과, Al 0.1~0.5 중량부를 포함하며, 상기 전해액은 20 ~ 70도의 온도로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘계 금속의 표면 처리 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 양극산화처리 단계에서, 상기 전해액 내에는 아세트산코발트, 과망간산칼륨, 황화암모늄, 황산제2철, 페르시안화칼륨, 황산니켈, 황산동, 황산제1주석 중 적어도 하나를 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘계 금속의 표면 처리 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 광택 버핑 단계에서, 상기 화학연마액은 황산과 질산을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘계 금속의 표면 처리 방법.
