- 수용성 금속염, 수산화칼륨 및 규산나트륨을 포함하는 염기성 전해용액에서 마그네슘재를 플라즈마 전해산화시켜 상기 마그네슘재를 착색시키는 마그네슘재 착색방법으로서, 상기 플라즈마 전해산화는 상기 마그네슘재를 양극으로 하여 상기 마그네슘재에 전류를 인가함으로써 진행되며,상기 전류의 인가는 2-20 A/dm2의 전류밀도로 150-600 초의 시간범위로 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘재 착색방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 수용성 금속염는 바나듐이고, 이때 상기 염기성 전해액은 수산화칼륨, 규산나트륨 및 암모늄 인산염을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘재 착색방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 바나듐은 0.001M 내지 0.5M의 농도를 가지며, 상기 수산화칼륨의 농도는 0.2 내지 0.6M, 규산나트륨의 농도는 0.1 내지 0.3M, 암모늄 인산염의 농도는 0.1 내지 0.3M인 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘재 착색방법.
- 제 5에 있어서,상기 수용성 금속염는 코발트이고, 이때 상기 염기성 전해액은 수산화칼륨, 규산나트륨 및 암모늄 인산염을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘재 착색방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 코발트는 0.001M 내지 0.05M의 농도를 가지며, 상기 수산화칼륨의 농도는 0.1 내지 0.3M, 규산나트륨의 농도는 0.05 내지 0.15M, 암모늄 인산염의 농도는 0.03 내지 0.13M인 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘재 착색방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 수용성 금속염는 구리이고, 이때 상기 염기성 전해액은 수산화칼륨, 규산나트륨 및 불화칼륨을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘재 착색방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 구리는 0.001M 내지 0.05M의 농도를 가지고, 상기 수산화칼륨의 농도는 0.13 내지 0.21M, 규산나트륨의 농도는 0.06 내지 0.12M, 불화칼륨의 농도는 0.06 내지 0.12M인 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘재 착색방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 수용성 금속염는 니켈이고, 이때 상기 염기성 전해액은 수산화칼륨, 규산나트륨 및 불화칼륨을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘재 착색방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 니켈은 0.001M 내지 0.05M의 농도를 가지고, 상기 수산화칼륨의 농도는 0.13 내지 0.21M, 규산나트륨의 농도는 0.06 내지 0.12M, 불화칼륨의 농도는 0.06 내지 0.12M인 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘재 착색방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 수용성 금속염는 주석이고, 이때 상기 염기성 전해액은 수산화칼륨 및 규산나트륨을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘재 착색방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서,상기 주석은 0.016M 내지 0.22M의 농도를 가지고, 상기 수산화칼륨의 농도는 0.13 내지 0.23M, 규산나트륨의 농도는 0.008 내지 0.08M인 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네슘재 착색방법.
