Claims (14)
- 電気的機能および接続要素を備える積層窓ガラスであって、
a.少なくとも1つの熱可塑性中間層(8)に面接続された、少なくとも2つの窓ガラス(1.1)(1.2)と、
b.窓ガラス(1.1)(1.2)の間に配置された少なくとも1つの電気的機能層(3)と、
c.電気的機能層(3)に導電的に接続された、少なくとも1つの箔導体(2)であって、
箔導体(2)は積層窓ガラス(1)から引き出され、
箔導体(2)は積層窓ガラス(1)の少なくとも1つの外側(15)に固定され、
箔導体(2)は、積層窓ガラス(1)の外側に、電気的接触するための接続箇所(6)を有する、箔導体(2)と、
d.少なくとも1つの筐体(11)および筐体に配設された少なくとも1つのバネ接触要素であって、
筐体(11)は、積層窓ガラスの側縁がクランプ締めによって包囲されるように、U字型のプロファイルを有しており、
少なくとも1つのバネ接触要素は、筐体が積層窓ガラスの側縁にクランプ締めされたときに少なくとも1つの箔導体と電気的に接触するように、接続箇所に押し付けられるものである、筐体(11)及びバネ接触要素と、を含み、
e.少なくとも1つの窓ガラス(1.1)がアンダーカットを有し、箔導体(2)は、アンダーカット窓ガラス(1.1)の側縁(16.1)の周りで張り出しを伴わずに広がっている、前記積層窓ガラス。 - バネ接触要素が、電源または外部電気制御システムに接続される供給線を備えている、請求項1に記載の積層窓ガラス。
- 窓ガラス(1.1)(1.2)が4mmから10mmの厚みの部分強化ガラスを含有し、熱可塑性中間層は0.7mmから0.9mmの厚みのポリビニルブチラール(8)を含有し、電気的機能層(3)は少なくとも1つの金属層および少なくとも1つの金属酸化物層を含有する、請求項1または2に記載の積層窓ガラス。
- 電気的機能層(3)が、窓ガラス(1.1)(1.2)の内側の少なくとも1つに配置されている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の積層窓ガラス。
- 窓ガラス(1.1)(1.2)が0.1mmから0.5cmのアンダーカットを有する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の積層窓ガラス。
- 電気的機能層(3)が加熱層である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の積層窓ガラス。
- 筐体(11)の内部が、封止手段(12)によって、気体、水、または水分から封止されている、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の積層窓ガラス。
- 筐体が、接着によって封止および固定される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の積層窓ガラス。
- 電気的機能層(3)と箔導体(2)との間および/または箔導体(2)と供給線(13)との間の電線接続(9)(14)が、半田フリーであり、接着接合またはクランプ締めされている、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の積層窓ガラス。
- 箔導体(2)の接続箇所(6)が、窓ガラス(1.1)(1.2)から離れる方向に向いている側に配置されている、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の積層窓ガラス。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の電気的機能および接続要素を備える積層窓ガラスを製造する方法であって、
a.電気的機能層(3)に接続された少なくとも1つの箔導体(2)が、積層窓ガラス(1)内に導入されてそこから突出し、
b.箔導体(2)が、窓ガラス(1.1)の側縁(16.1)の周囲に敷設され、
c.箔導体(2)が、窓ガラス(1.1)の外側に接着接合され、
d.少なくとも1つのバネ接触要素(13)を備える筐体(11)がU字型のプロファイルを有し、積層窓ガラスの側縁がU字型のプロファイルの筐体によってクランプ締めされて包囲され、バネ接触要素(13)と箔導体(2)の接続箇所(6)との間に電気的接触がなされる、前記方法。 - 電気的機能層(3)に、90Vから400Vの電圧が印加される、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の積層窓ガラス(1)の使用。
- 機能的および/または装飾的個別部品として、および家具、装置、および建造物における組み込み部品として、ならびに陸上、空中、または水上の輸送手段におけるフロントガラス、後部ガラス、側窓、および/またはガラス屋根としての、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の積層窓ガラス(1)の使用。
- 電気発熱体としての、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の積層窓ガラス(1)の使用。
