Claims (15)
- 용량성 스위칭 영역(10)을 갖는 가열가능한 복합 판유리(100)이며,
- 기판(1) 및 커버 판유리(4)와,
- 기판(1) 및 커버 판유리(4) 사이에 배열된 적어도 1개의 중간 층(3)과,
- 커버 판유리(4) 및 중간 층(3) 사이에 배열된 복수의 가열 와이어(21) 및 적어도 2개의 버스바(22)를 포함하고,
가열 와이어(21)는 버스바(22)에 전기 전도적으로 연결되어, 버스바(22)에 전압의 인가시 가열 전류가 가열 와이어(21)를 통해 흐를 수 있어서, 가열 와이어(21)가 가열될 수 있고,
- 복수의 가열 와이어(21)와 상이한 전기 전도성 접촉 와이어(6)가, 기판(1) 및 중간 층(3) 사이에 또는 커버 판유리(4) 및 중간 층(3) 사이에 배열되고,
- 전기 전도성 접촉 와이어(6)의 적어도 1개의 영역이 용량성 스위칭 영역(10)을 형성하고,
- 용량성 스위칭 영역(10)은 적어도 1개의 접촉 영역(11) 및 적어도 1개의 연결 영역(13)을 가지며, 접촉 영역(11)은 연결 영역(13)에 전기적으로 연결되고, 연결 영역(13)은 센서 전자장치 시스템(14)에 전기적으로 연결될 수 있고,
접촉 와이어(6)가 정확히 1개의 연결 영역(13)에서 2개의 버스바(22) 중 하나에 갈바닉 연결되고,
접촉 와이어(6)가 자유 단부를 갖고,
접촉 와이어(6)가 가열 와이어(21)와 직접적인 물리적 접촉을 하지 않고,
접촉 와이어(6)가 적어도 판유리 표면에 수직인 투영에서 2개의 바로 인접하는 가열 와이어(21) 사이에 위치하고, 2개의 가열 와이어(21)의 각각은 하나의 버스바(22)부터 다른 하나의 버스바(22)까지 연속적으로 연장되는,
복합 판유리(100). - 제1항에 있어서,
접촉 와이어(6)가 2개의 버스바(22) 사이의 최단 거리의 적어도 10%, 적어도 20%, 적어도 30%, 적어도 40%, 또는 적어도 50%에 걸쳐 연장되는,
복합 판유리(100). - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
적어도 1개의 주위 접촉 와이어(15)가, 기판(1) 및 중간 층(2) 사이에 또는 커버 판유리(4) 및 중간 층(2) 사이에 배열되는,
복합 판유리(100). - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
접촉 영역(11)이 공급선 영역(12)을 통해 연결 영역(13)에 전기적으로 연결되고,
공급선 영역(12)이 1 cm 내지 70 cm의 길이 lZ 또는 1 cm 내지 8 cm의 길이 lZ를 갖는,
복합 판유리(100). - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
접촉 영역(11)이, 1 ㎠ 내지 200 ㎠의 면적(A) 또는 1 ㎠ 내지 50 ㎠의 면적(A)을 포함하거나, 직사각형, 정사각형, 사다리꼴, 삼각형, 원형, 타원형, 물방울형 형태 또는 라운딩된 코너를 갖는,
복합 판유리(100). - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
중간 층(3)이, 투명하거나, 폴리비닐 부티랄(PVB)을 함유 또는 폴리비닐 부티랄(PVB)로 제조되거나, 2 내지 4의 상대 유전율 εr,3 또는 2.1 내지 2.9의 상대 유전율 εr,3을 갖는,
복합 판유리(100). - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
기판(1) 또는 커버 판유리(4)가, 유리, 편평 유리, 플로트 유리, 석영 유리, 보로실리케이트 유리, 소다 석회 유리, 중합체, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리카르보네이트, 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 또는 그의 혼합물을 함유하거나, 2 내지 8의 상대 유전율 εr,1/4 또는 6 내지 8의 상대 유전율 εr,1/4을 갖는,
복합 판유리(100). - - 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 복합 판유리(100)와,
- 접촉 와이어(6)의 연결 영역(13)에 갈바닉 연결된 용량성 센서 전자장치 시스템(14)을 포함하는,
판유리 배열체(101). - 제8항에 있어서,
센서 전자장치 시스템(14)의 감도가, 사람 손가락이 기판(1)의 외부 표면(IV) 상에서 접촉 영역(11)을 접촉할 때는 센서 전자장치 시스템(14)이 스위칭 신호를 출력하고, 커버 판유리(4)의 외부 표면(I) 상에서 접촉 영역(11)을 접촉할 때는 센서 전자장치 시스템(14)이 스위칭 신호를 출력하지 않거나 또는 상이한 스위칭 신호를 출력하도록 선택되는,
판유리 배열체(101). - 제8항에 있어서,
접촉 영역(11)이 공급선 영역(12)을 통해 연결 영역(13)에 전기적으로 연결되고,
공급선 영역(12)이 1 cm 내지 70 cm의 길이 lZ 또는 1 cm 내지 8 cm의 길이 lZ를 갖고,
센서 전자장치 시스템(14)의 감도가, 사람 손가락이 기판(1)의 외부 표면(IV) 또는 커버 판유리(4)의 외부 표면(I) 상에서 접촉 영역(11)을 접촉할 때는 센서 전자장치 시스템(14)이 스위칭 신호를 출력하고, 기판(1)의 외부 표면(IV) 또는 커버 판유리(4)의 외부 표면(I) 상에서 공급선 영역(12)을 접촉할 때는 센서 전자장치 시스템(14)이 스위칭 신호를 출력하지 않거나 또는 상이한 스위칭 신호를 출력하도록 선택되는,
판유리 배열체(101). - 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 용량성 스위칭 영역(10)을 갖는 복합 판유리(100)를 제조하는 방법이며,
(a) 중간 층(3)을 크기에 맞춰 절단하고,
(b) 중간 층(3)의 표면 상에 2개의 버스바(22) 및 제1 중간 층(3)의 표면 상에 복수의 가열 와이어(21)를 장착하고, 가열 와이어(21)는 2개의 버스바(22) 모두에 전기 전도적으로 연결되고, 중간 층(3)의 표면 상에 접촉 와이어(6)를 장착하고,
(c) 기판(1)과, 가열 와이어(21), 버스바(22) 및 접촉 와이어(6)를 갖는 중간 층(3)과, 커버 판유리(4)의 스택 배열물을 제조하고,
(d) 스택 배열물을 라미네이팅하여 복합 판유리(100)를 제조하는 것을 포함하는,
복합 판유리(100)를 제조하는 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 복합 판유리(100)이며,
복합 판유리(100)는, 육상, 공중 또는 수상 이동을 위한 수송 수단 또는 모터 차량에서 앞유리창, 뒷 창문, 옆 창문, 루프 패널 또는 기능성 개별 피스로서, 가구, 가전 및 건물에서 빌트-인 성분으로서, 전기 가열기로서 사용되는,
