積層板を形成する、第1板状体と第2板状体との間に設けられた電気的機能部品に、電
力を供給する箔状の電気接続部材であって、
前記第1板状体と前記第2板状体との間に位置し、前記電気的機能部品と電気的に接続
する接続部と、
前記接続部から延設された給電部と、
前記接続部と前記給電部との間に形成され、前記第1板状体又は前記第2板状体のエッ
ジ部の、少なくとも一部を覆う折返し部と、
を備え、
前記折返し部に断面積増大部を有し、
前記断面積増大部は、前記折返し部の両端部より幅の広い拡幅部であることを特徴とする電気接続部材が提供される。
図1は、本発明の第1実施形態に係る電気接続部材を積層体に設けた例の斜視図であり、図2は、図1の電気接続部材を積層体に設けた箇所をYZ平面で切断した断面図である。
図6、図7、図8及び図9は、それぞれ本発明の第1実施形態の第2〜第5の変形例である電気接続部材606,706,806,906の平面図である。図6、図7、図8及び図9のうち、第1実施形態で示した構成と同様の構成を有する部材には、図1、図2、図4及び図5と同様の参照符号を付し、説明は省略する。601,701,801,901は、それぞれ電気接続部材606,706,806,906の中心線を示す。
図10及び図11は、本発明の第2実施形態である電気接続部材1006の斜視図と、電気接続部材1006を積層板105に設けた状態の断面図である。図10及び図11のうち、第1実施形態で示した構成と同様の構成を有する部材については、図1、図2、図4及び図5と同様の参照符号を付し、説明は省略する。

Claims (11)
- 積層板を形成する、第1板状体と第2板状体との間に設けられた電気的機能部品に、電力を供給する箔状の電気接続部材であって、
前記第1板状体と前記第2板状体との間に位置し、前記電気的機能部品と電気的に接続する接続部と、
前記接続部から延設された給電部と、
前記接続部と前記給電部との間に形成され、前記第1板状体又は前記第2板状体のエッジ部の、少なくとも一部を覆う折返し部と、
を備え、
前記折返し部に断面積増大部を有し、
前記断面積増大部は、前記折返し部の両端部より幅の広い拡幅部であることを特徴とする電気接続部材。 - 前記断面積増大部における前記電気接続部材の断面積は、前記接続部における前記電気接続部材の断面積に比べて、1.5倍以上10倍以下である請求項1に記載の電気接続部材。
- 前記接続部における前記電気接続部材の断面積が、0.5mm2以上2.0mm2以下である請求項1又は2に記載の電気接続部材。
- 前記断面積増大部における前記電気接続部材の断面積が、2.0mm2以上9.0mm2以下である請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電気接続部材。
- 前記接続部における前記電気接続部材の幅が、5mm以上50mm以下である請求項1
から4のいずれか一項に記載の電気接続部材。 - 前記接続部における前記電気接続部材の厚みが、0.01mm以上0.3mm以下である請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の電気接続部材。
- 前記折返し部は、前記第1板状体と前記第2板状体との間に封入される内側部と、前記第1板状体又は前記第2板状体の端面に対面する側部と、前記積層板の表面に対面する外側部と、を有し、
前記断面積増大部は、前記側部と前記外側部に形成されている請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の電気接続部材。 - 前記断面積増大部は、前記接続部における前記電気接続部材の厚みよりも厚い肉厚部である請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の電気接続部材。
- 前記折返し部は、前記第1板状体と前記第2板状体との間に封入される内側部と、前記第1板状体又は前記第2板状体の端面に対面する側部と、前記積層板の表面に対面する外側部と、を有し、
前記拡幅部は、前記内側部の一部に設けられ、
前記内側部の前記側部側に、前記拡幅部よりも幅が狭い境界領域を備える請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の電気接続部材。 - 第1板状体と、前記第1板状体と中間層を介して接合される第2板状体とを備える積層板であって、
前記第1板状体と前記第2板状体との間に封入された電気的機能部品と、
前記電気的機能部品に接続して、電力を供給する箔状の電気接続部材と、を有し、
前記電気接続部材は、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の電気接続部材である積層板。 - 前記積層板は合わせガラスである請求項10に記載の積層板。
