(a)生産者およびそのエンドユーザから剥離コーティングセルロースまたはポリマーシート材料を収集するステップと、
(b)収集した材料を、混合し、金属等のような異物を分離し、それを乾式粉砕ステーションに送ることによって用意するステップと、
(c)1つまたはいくつかの乾式粉砕ステーションにおいて、材料を小さい切片に、好ましくは、5mm〜30mmの間、より好ましくは7mm〜20mmの間、最も好ましくは10mm〜15mmの間を含む平均長のストライプに乾式細断および乾式粉砕し、任意選択的に、平均サイズが4mm未満、好ましくは2mm未満、より好ましくは1mm未満のより小さい粒子に細かく粉砕するステップと、
(d)任意選択的に、難燃剤、疎水性材料、農薬およびそれらの混合物から選択される添加剤を添加し、それらをリサイクルされた材料と混合するステップと、

(a)セルロースシート材料は、紙、好ましくはグラシン紙またはクラフト紙であり、または別法として、
(b)ポリマーシート材料は、好ましくはPE、PPまたはPETから選択される熱可塑性フィルムである。
剥離コーティングシート材料を処理することによって得られる絶縁材の優れた特性のいくつかを論証するために、以下の試験を行った。
絶縁材料を適所に噴霧する時に、ホース内の材料の閉塞が主な問題である。これは特に、たとえばより狭い空洞へのアクセスを可能にするために、管径が縮小される場合に影響を受けやすい。この場合、たとえばhttp://www.x−floc.com/en/zubehoer/schlaueche−zub.html.に見ることができるように、管縮小コネクタを使用して、径の異なる2つのホースが接続される。閉塞は、噴霧が中断した後に再開した時、こうした縮小コネクタにおいて発生することが多い。閉塞は回避されるべきであり、それは、作業者が噴霧を停止し、ホースを切断し、それらを洗浄し、その後再度接続して噴霧を再開するのに時間がかかるためだけでなく、空洞に絶縁材で均質な密度で充填することが、材料の噴霧が連続的である場合の方がよりよく達成され、いくつかの噴霧ショットで行われる場合は達成することが非常に困難となるためである。

セルロース材料を空洞内に吹き込むために、特に均質な濃度に達することに関して、相当の何らかの専門知識が必要である。材料における吹込みに使用される正しい方法は、ホースを空洞内に挿入し、絶縁材の層を吹込みかつ蓄積している間に、空洞が完全に充填されるまでホースを徐々に引き上げるというものである。適切に行われた場合、沈降に耐性がありかつ経時的にその体積を維持する絶縁塊が得られる。
Claims (17)
- 廃棄物を処理する方法において、
(a)生産者およびそのエンドユーザから架橋された剥離剤でコーティングされたセルロースシート材料を収集するステップと、
(b)前記収集した材料を、混合し、異物を分離し、それを乾式粉砕ステーション(23)、(24)に送ることによって用意するステップと、
(c)1つまたはいくつかの乾式粉砕ステーション(23)、(24)において、前記材料を5mm〜30mmの間を含む平均長の細片に乾式細断および乾式粉砕するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記剥離剤でコーティングされたセルロースシート材料が、生産者およびそのエンドユーザから、ステップ(b)に備えてより小さくより疎な塊に事前細断される、巻物および積層体等の稠密で粗大な塊の形態で収集されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の方法において、前記1回または複数回の乾式粉砕操作により、いかなる化学的処理もなしに、前記セルロースまたはポリマーシート材料から前記剥離コーティングの実質的な画分の分離が可能であり、材料の入ってくる流れが、第1のキャリアが豊富な画分(26)と第2の剥離剤が豊富な画分(27)とに、分離ステーション(25)において分離されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、前記方法のいずれかの段階において、前記収集されるかまたは処理された材料が、他の出所からのセルロースまたはポリマーシート廃棄物と、または剥離剤と混合されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項3または4に記載の方法において、前記第2の剥離剤が豊富な画分(27)が、最終的な材料の剥離剤の含有量を制御するために、他の出所からの粉砕されたセルロースまたはポリマーシート廃棄物と混合されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項3または4に記載の方法において、前記セルロースシート材料が本質的にセルロースを含み、前記セルロースが豊富な画分(26)が、シート状の紙を形成するように湿式成形ステーション(26a)においてさらに処理されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、前記剥離剤でコーティングされたセルロースシート材料が、自己粘着ラベルまたはフィルムを保持するライナから構成され、前記生産者および前記エンドユーザが、自己粘着ラベル系材料の製造業者、ライナ製造業者、ラベル印刷業者、自己粘着ラベルが施される商品の生産者のうちの1つまたはいくつかから選択されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、前記架橋された剥離剤が、シリコーン、ワックス、パラフィン、又はフッ素化材料のうちの1つであることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、前記乾式粉砕するステップ(c)で、前記材料を、7mm〜20mmの間を含む平均長の細片に粉砕することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、ステップ(c)で前記乾式粉砕された細片が、さらに、4mm未満の平均サイズを有するより小さい粒子に細かく粉砕されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、難燃剤、疎水性材料、農薬、およびそれらの混合物から選択される添加剤を添加し、それらを前記廃棄物と混合することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって処理された材料が、空洞内に乾式に吹き込まれるか、又は表面に対して湿式に吹き込まれ、又は芯またはシート状に形成され、断熱材及び/又は防音材を形成することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法から得られるリサイクル材料の使用において、
(a)以下のうちのいずれかを断熱かつ/または防音するための断熱材又は防音材として、すなわち
・建造物の分野における壁、パネルまたは天井、
・輸送の分野におけるパネル、
・道路に沿った音響減衰壁、
・衣類またはブランケットあるいは充填するためのキルティングされた切片、
・マットレスあるいは室内装飾材料、
・商品の包装および保管ならびに輸送の分野における包装、
(b)野菜またはキノコを栽培するために使用される覆土または生育培地として、または土壌あるいは土における水収支および水流を向上させるための土への添加剤として、
(c)ハイドロマルチのための部品として、または
(d)ホットピローあるいは皮膚にあてがわれる温湿布、商品および食品の保管用の蓄熱体、キノコの培養のための放熱体および蓄熱体といった用途における蓄熱手段として、
のいずれかの使用。 - リサイクル材料および難燃剤を含む絶縁材であって、
前記リサイクル材料が、架橋された剥離剤でコーティングされたセルロースまたはポリマーシート材料からなり、30mm未満の平均長を有する粒子に乾式粉砕されてなることを特徴とする絶縁材。 - 請求項14に記載の絶縁材において、
(a)前記セルロースシート材料が、グラシン紙またはクラフト紙であり、
(b)前記ポリマーシート材料が、熱可塑性フィルムであることを特徴とする絶縁材。 - 請求項14又は15に記載の絶縁材において、グラシン紙またはクラフト紙又は熱可塑性シート材料が、粘着ラベル、テープまたはフィルム用のライナであり、剥離剤としてのシリコーンによってコーティングされていることを特徴とする絶縁材。
- 請求項14〜16のいずれか一項に記載の絶縁材において、リサイクル材料の粒子が、4mm未満の平均サイズを有することを特徴とする絶縁材。
