Claims (5)
- 主要駆動機構と、
前記主要駆動機構により回転軸を中心に回転されるステージ駆動組立体と、
画定された平面の外部で回転することなく、前記平面内で自由に周回する対象ステージと、
前記ステージ駆動組立体の回転運動が前記画定された平面内での前記対象ステージの周回運動を得るように、前記ステージ駆動組立体を前記対象ステージに結合するステージピンであって、前記対象ステージの前記周回運動の直径を調節可能とするように、前記回転軸に対する前記ステージピンの位置付けが調節可能である、ステージピンと、
前記ステージ駆動組立体に取り付けられて該ステージ駆動組立体と共に回転する送りねじであって、前記ステージピンは、前記送りねじの回転により前記ステージピンを前記送りねじの長さに沿って動かして前記ステージ駆動組立体の前記回転軸に対して異なる位置を占めるように、前記送りねじ上に螺合される、送りねじと、
を備えるXY移動ステージ。 - 前記対象ステージ内の対象ステージ貫通孔と、
前記貫通孔を第1の方向に通って延び、ステージロッド貫通孔を含むステージロッドと、
前記ステージロッド貫通孔を通って延びるガイドロッドであって、前記ステージロッド、前記ガイドロッド、前記対象ステージ貫通孔及び前記ガイドロッド貫通孔は、前記対象ステージが画定された平面の外部に回転することなく、前記平面内を自由に周回するように、前記対象ステージの運動を制限する働きをする、ガイドロッドと、
をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のXY移動ステージ。 - 前記送りねじに取り付けられた送りねじ傘歯車と、
前記送りねじ傘歯車と噛合する駆動傘歯車であって、前記送りねじ傘歯車と前記駆動傘歯車との相互作用により前記送りねじを回転させ、それによって前記ステージピンを前記送りねじの前記長さに沿って動かす、駆動傘歯車と、
をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のXY移動ステージ。 - 主要駆動機構と、
前記主要駆動機構により回転軸を中心に回転されるステージ駆動組立体と、
画定された平面の外部で回転することなく、前記平面内で自由に周回する対象ステージと、
前記ステージ駆動組立体の回転運動が前記画定された平面内での前記対象ステージの周回運動を得るように、前記ステージ駆動組立体を前記対象ステージに結合するステージピンであって、前記対象ステージの前記周回運動の直径を調節可能とするように、前記回転軸に対する前記ステージピンの位置付けが調節可能である、ステージピンと、
前記ステージ駆動組立体に取り付けられて該ステージ駆動組立体と共に回転する送りねじであって、前記ステージピンは、前記送りねじの回転により前記ステージピンを前記送りねじの長さに沿って動かして前記ステージ駆動組立体の前記回転軸に対して異なる位置を占めるように、前記送りねじ上に螺合される、送りねじと、
前記送りねじに取り付けられた送りねじ傘歯車と、
前記送りねじ傘歯車と噛合する駆動傘歯車であって、前記送りねじ傘歯車と前記駆動傘歯車との相互作用により前記送りねじを回転させ、それによって前記ステージピンを前記送りねじの前記長さに沿って動かす、駆動傘歯車と、
を備え、前記駆動傘歯車は固定され、傘歯車歯の不連続のセットを含み、前記送りねじ傘歯車は、傘歯車歯の前記不連続のセットを介して、前記ステージ駆動組立体の一回転中に1回だけ前記駆動傘歯車と相互作用し、前記ステージピンは前記相互作用に起因する独立した距離を動く、XY移動ステージ。 - 主要駆動機構と、
前記主要駆動機構により回転軸を中心に回転されるステージ駆動組立体と、
画定された平面の外部で回転することなく、前記平面内で自由に周回する対象ステージと、
前記ステージ駆動組立体の回転運動が前記画定された平面内での前記対象ステージの周回運動を得るように、前記ステージ駆動組立体を前記対象ステージに結合するステージピンであって、前記対象ステージの前記周回運動の直径を調節可能とするように、前記回転軸に対する前記ステージピンの位置付けが調節可能である、ステージピンと、
前記ステージ駆動組立体に取り付けられて該ステージ駆動組立体と共に回転する送りねじであって、前記ステージピンは、前記送りねじの回転により前記ステージピンを前記送りねじの長さに沿って動かして前記ステージ駆動組立体の前記回転軸に対して異なる位置を占めるように、前記送りねじ上に螺合される、送りねじと、
前記送りねじに取り付けられた送りねじ傘歯車と、
前記送りねじ傘歯車と噛合する駆動傘歯車であって、前記送りねじ傘歯車と前記駆動傘歯車との相互作用により前記送りねじを回転させ、それによって前記ステージピンを前記送りねじの前記長さに沿って動かす、駆動傘歯車と、
を備え、前記駆動傘歯車は、前記ステージ駆動組立体の回転の間常に前記送りねじ傘歯車が前記傘歯車歯を介して前記駆動傘歯車と相互作用するように、傘歯車歯の完全な輪を提供し、前記ステージピンは前記相互作用に起因して前記送りねじの前記長さに沿って連続的に動く、XY移動ステージ。
