Claims (4)
- 回転部材を直接又は軸受けを介して支持し、断面半円形の半割り部材から形成され、外周面に複数の突起を有し、外側部材の内部に装着されている金属製の支持部材において、前記複数の突起は支持部材を製造する遠心鋳造時に、塗型層内から界面活性剤の作用により発生する蒸気の泡によって前記塗型層に複数形成される凹穴に溶湯が充填されることによって外周面全体に形成され、少なくとも一部の突起が、先端が球面状で先端と外周面との間で括れた形状を有し、突起の高さが0.3〜2.0mm、突起数が5〜100個/cm2であることを特徴とする金属製支持部材。
- 前記支持部材の材質が鋳鉄、鋳鋼、銅、銅合金、アルミニウム合金、又はマグネシウム合金であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の金属製支持部材。
- アルミニウム合金又はマグネシウム合金からなる外側部材中に鋳包まれていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の金属製支持部材。
- 射出成形により形成された樹脂又はゴム製の外側部材中に装着されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の金属製支持部材。
