Claims (8)
- ストラット型サスペンションアセンブリにおけるコイルばねの上部の板金加工されてなるばね座と、当該ストラット型サスペンションアセンブリにおける油圧ダンパのピストンロッドが固着される車体側の取付部材との間に装着される滑り軸受であって、環状下面を有した合成樹脂製の上ケースと、この上ケースに当該上ケースの軸心の回りで回転自在となるように重ね合わされると共に上ケースの環状下面に対面した環状上面を有した合成樹脂製の下ケースと、環状下面及び環状上面間の環状空間に配された環状のスラスト滑り軸受片と、環状空間の外周側に配されたシール手段とを具備しており、シール手段は、環状空間の外周側を密閉するように上ケースと下ケースとの間に配されている外周シール部と、この外周シール部の下面に形成されていると共にばね座に向かって突出した環状の弾性突起部とを具備しており、スラスト滑り軸受片と上ケース及び下ケースのうちの少なくとも一方との間には、当該スラスト滑り軸受片と上ケース及び下ケースのうちの少なくとも一方とに滑動自在に接すると共にポリアミド樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、ポリオレフィン樹脂、ポリカーボネート樹脂及びフッ素樹脂のうちの少なくとも一つを含む合成樹脂からなる環状のシートが介在されており、上ケースは、環状下面を有した上側環状板部と、この上側環状板部の外周面側の下面に一体的に形成された上側外筒部とを具備しており、下ケースは、環状上面を有した下側環状板部を具備しており、この下側環状板部は、外周面を有した大径環状板部と、大径環状板部の下面に一体的に形成された小径環状板部とを具備しており、大径環状板部の下面及び小径環状板部の外周面は、互いに協働して下ケースの外周面側の下面に環状段部を形成しており、外周シール部は、下側環状板部に嵌着若しくは固着されている断面L字状であって環状の芯金と、芯金に当該芯金を覆うように固着されている環状の弾性シール部材とを具備しており、弾性シール部材は、芯金を覆うように当該芯金に固着された環状本体と、この環状本体の外周側に配されて当該環状本体の上端に一体的に形成されていると共に環状空間の外周側を密閉するように上側外筒部の内周面に滑動自在に接する可撓性を有した外側薄肉環状突縁部と、環状本体の内周側に配されて当該環状本体の下端に一体的に形成されていると共に環状空間の外周側を密閉するように環状段部に滑動自在に接する可撓性を有した内側薄肉環状突縁部とを具備しており、弾性突起部は、弾性シール部材の下面に一体的に形成された小径の環状突起部と、弾性シール部材の下面に一体的に形成されていると共に小径の環状突起部よりも外側に配された大径の環状突起部とを具備しており、小径の環状突起部及び大径の環状突起部は、ばね座に当接するようになっている滑り軸受。
- 外側薄肉環状突縁部は、上側外筒部に近接するに連れて次第に上側環状板部から離反するように傾斜しており、外側薄肉環状突縁部の最大径は、上側外筒部の内周面の径よりも大きいか又は当該径と同径である請求項1に記載の滑り軸受。
- 内側薄肉環状突縁部は、小径環状板部の外周面に近接するに連れて次第に上側環状板部から離反するように傾斜しており、内側薄肉環状突縁部の最小径は、小径環状板部の外周面の径よりも小さいか又は当該径と同径である請求項1又は2に記載の滑り軸受。
- 外周シール部及び弾性突起部は、架橋ゴム又は熱可塑性エラストマーからなる請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の滑り軸受。
- スラスト滑り軸受片は合成樹脂製であり、スラスト滑り軸受片を形成する合成樹脂は、ポリアセタール樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、ポリオレフィン樹脂、ポリカーボネート樹脂及びフッ素樹脂のうちの少なくとも一つを含む請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の滑り軸受。
- 環状空間の内周側に配されたシール手段を更に具備している請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の滑り軸受。
- スラスト滑り軸受片は、上ケースの環状下面に対面する環状の上面と、この環状の上面に一体的に形成されている少なくとも二つの上側の円環状突出部と、下ケースの環状上面に対面する環状の下面と、この環状の下面に一体的に形成されている少なくとも二つの下側の円環状突出部とを具備しており、前記環状のシートは、上ケースの環状下面と該少なくとも二つの上側の円環状突出部との間及び下ケースの環状上面と該少なくとも二つの下側の円環状突出部との間のうちの少なくとも一方の間に介在されている請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の滑り軸受。
- 環状のシートと上側の円環状突出部及び下側の円環状突出部のうちのいずれか一方とによって閉塞される閉塞凹所には、グリースが充填されている請求項7に記載の滑り軸受。
