Claims (5)
- 합성수지 재질로 성형되고, 피스톤로드가 관통되는 상부케이스부;
합성수지 재질로 성형되고, 상기 상부케이스부의 하방에 배치되어 상기 피스톤로드가 관통되는 하부케이스부;
합성수지 재질로 성형되고, 상기 상부케이스부와 상기 하부케이스부 사이에 배치되어 상기 피스톤로드가 관통되며, 상기 상부케이스부와 상기 하부케이스부 중 어느 하나의 회전을 유도하는 센터플레이트부;
상기 상부케이스부와, 상기 센터플레이트부와, 상기 하부케이스부의 접촉면 사이에 선택 배치되어 마찰을 저감하는 마찰저감부; 및
상기 센터플레이트부에 형성되고 강성을 증대시키는 보강부를 포함하고,
상기 마찰저감부는 상기 상부케이스부와, 상기 센터플레이트부와, 상기 하부케이스부 중 어느 하나 이상에 코팅되고,
상기 보강부는
상기 센터플레이트부의 상부면에서 돌출되는 상부보강부; 및
상기 센터플레이트부의 하부면에서 돌출되는 하부보강부;를 포함하고,
상기 마찰저감부는 상기 상부보강부 및 상기 하부보강부의 접촉면 또는 전면에 코팅되는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 회전유도장치. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 상부케이스부는
중앙부에 상기 피스톤로드가 관통하기 위한 상부홀부가 형성되는 상부관통부;
상기 상부관통부에서 외측으로 연장되고, 상기 센터플레이트부의 상부를 커버하는 상부커버부; 및
상기 상부커버부에서 하방으로 돌출되어 상기 센터플레이트부의 유동을 제한하는 상부돌기부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 회전유도장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 하부케이스부는
중앙부에 상기 피스톤로드가 관통하기 위한 하부홀부가 형성되는 하부관통부;
상기 하부관통부에서 외측으로 연장되고, 상기 센터플레이트부의 하부를 커버하는 하부커버부; 및
상기 하부커버부에서 상방으로 돌출되어 상기 센터플레이트부의 유동을 제한하는 하부돌기부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 회전유도장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 마찰저감부는 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 소재를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 회전유도장치.
