Claims (5)
- 作動流体が封入されたシリンダと、
前記シリンダに摺動可能に挿入されて前記シリンダの内部を2室に画成するピストンと、
前記ピストンに連結され、少なくともその一端が前記シリンダの外部に突出するピストンロッドと、
前記ピストンの摺動により前記作動流体が流れる通路が設けられたバルブ本体と、
前記バルブ本体に形成されたバルブ本体挿通孔に挿通される固定軸と、
前記バルブ本体挿通孔の周囲に突出された環状の内側シートと、
前記内側シートの外周側に突出され前記通路の一方の開口を囲む環状の外側シートと、
前記内側シートおよび前記外側シートに離接可能で前記固定軸を挿通させる環状のディスクバルブと、
前記固定軸を挿通させて前記ディスクバルブに閉弁方向の力を付与するバネ力付与手段と、
前記固定軸を挿通させて前記ディスクバルブおよび前記バネ力付与手段の内周部に設けられる円筒部材とからなり、
前記円筒部材は、前記バルブ本体の前記内側シートの内側に径方向に隙間をもって設けられ、
前記円筒部材の前記バルブ本体側の外周囲には鍔部が形成され、前記鍔部の最大径部分は、複数の前記ディスクバルブのうちの最も前記バルブ本体側のディスクバルブの内周の最小径部分より大径であることを特徴とする緩衝器。 - 前記円筒部材には、前記鍔部の軸方向逆側に第2の鍔部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の緩衝器。
- 前記円筒部材には、前記鍔部の軸方向逆側に、前記バネ力付与手段が摺動する大径部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の緩衝器。
- 複数の前記ディスクバルブのうち最も前記バルブ本体側のディスクバルブの内周の最小径部分は、円周状の内径部から部分的に複数突出する凸部であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の緩衝器。
- 前記凸部を4カ所以上配することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の緩衝器。
