Description
JIS B0601の方法に準拠し、(株)東京精密製の触針式表面粗さ計「E−35A」を使用して、樹脂フィルムの表面の算術平均表面粗さ(Ra)を測定した。
樹脂フィルムの貼付時におけるシワの発生、加硫後のタイヤ(特に樹脂フィルムの貼付部)の出来ばえ、樹脂フィルムを剥がすときの裂け、剥がし易さなどを評価し、問題ない場合を「○」、問題ありの場合を「×」で評価した。
日本電色工業(株)製の光沢計「VG2000」を使用し、JIS Z8741の方法に準拠し、試作タイヤの樹脂フィルム貼付部における剥離後のゴム表面の60°光沢度を測定した。測定は、タイヤ周方向で5箇所で実施し、その平均値を求めた。光沢度は値が大きいほど良い。
上記ゴム組成物からなるゴム未加硫シートに下記表1記載の樹脂フィルムを貼付して加硫(170℃×20分)し、得られた試験サンプルに対し、樹脂フィルムを貼付した側から紫外線蛍光灯に24時間照射した(JIS K6266に準拠)。その後、樹脂フィルムを剥がしてから引っ張り試験(JIS K6251に準拠)を実施し、破断伸びの紫外線照射前後における変化を比較例1を100とした指数で表示した。指数が大きいほど、破断伸びの変化が小さく、耐候性に優れることを示す。

Claims (8)
- 算術平均表面粗さ(Ra)が0.1μm以下のポリエステル樹脂フィルム又はフッ素樹脂フィルムであって紫外線吸収剤を含む平滑な樹脂フィルムが、未加硫タイヤ外表面に前記樹脂フィルムを接着剤を介在させることなく貼付し前記未加硫タイヤを加硫成形することで、タイヤサイド部の外表面に剥離可能に設けられた、空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記樹脂フィルムの貼付部におけるタイヤ外表面が黒色であり、当該樹脂フィルム剥離後のタイヤ外表面の算術平均表面粗さ(Ra)が0.1μm以下である請求項1記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記樹脂フィルムの貼付部における当該樹脂フィルム剥離後のタイヤ外表面のJIS Z8741による60°光沢度が60以上である請求項1又は2記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記樹脂フィルムが、サイド部の高さ方向の略全体においてタイヤ周方向の全周にわたってリング状に設けられた請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 算術平均表面粗さ(Ra)が0.1μm以下のポリエステル樹脂フィルム又はフッ素樹脂フィルムであって紫外線吸収剤を含む平滑な樹脂フィルムを、未加硫タイヤのサイド部の外表面に接着剤を介在させることなく貼付し、前記樹脂フィルムの貼付状態で前記未加硫タイヤを加硫成形する、空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記樹脂フィルムの貼付部におけるタイヤ外表面が黒色であり、当該樹脂フィルム剥離後のタイヤ外表面の算術平均表面粗さ(Ra)が0.1μm以下である請求項5記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記樹脂フィルムの貼付部における当該樹脂フィルム剥離後のタイヤ外表面のJIS Z8741による60°光沢度が60以上である請求項5又は6記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記樹脂フィルムを、サイド部の高さ方向の略全体においてタイヤ周方向の全周にわたってリング状に設ける請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
