Description
JIS B0601の方法に準拠し、(株)東京精密製の触針式表面粗さ計「E−35A」を使用して、樹脂フィルムの表面の算術平均表面粗さ(Ra)を測定した。
樹脂フィルムの貼付時におけるシワの発生、加硫後のタイヤ(特に樹脂フィルムの貼付部)の出来ばえ、樹脂フィルムを剥がすときの裂け、剥がし易さなどを評価し、問題ない場合を「○」、問題ありの場合を「×」で評価した。
日本電色工業(株)製の光沢計「VG2000」を使用し、JIS Z8741の方法に準拠し、試作タイヤの樹脂フィルム貼付部における剥離後のゴム表面の60°光沢度を測定した。測定は、タイヤ周方向で5箇所で実施し、その平均値を求めた。光沢度は値が大きいほど良い。
目視にてサイド部における金型の汚れを確認しながらタイヤの試作を行い、洗浄すべき所定の汚れに達するまでの試作回数を調べた。比較例1の値を100とした指数で表示し、指数が大きいほど、金型が汚れにくいことを示す。

Claims (8)
- 融点230℃以上、厚み20〜150μm及び算術平均表面粗さ(Ra)が0.1μm以下である樹脂フィルムが、未加硫タイヤ外表面に前記樹脂フィルムを貼付し前記未加硫タイヤを加硫成形することで、タイヤサイド部の外表面に剥離可能に設けられた、空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記樹脂フィルムが、サイド部の高さ方向の略全体においてタイヤ周方向の全周にわたってリング状に設けられた請求項1記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記樹脂フィルムの貼付部における当該樹脂フィルム剥離後のタイヤ外表面の算術平均表面粗さ(Ra)が0.1μm以下である請求項1又は2記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記樹脂フィルムの貼付部における当該樹脂フィルム剥離後のタイヤ外表面のJIS Z8741による60°光沢度が60以上である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 融点230℃以上、厚み20〜150μm及び算術平均表面粗さ(Ra)が0.1μm以下である樹脂フィルムを未加硫タイヤのサイド部の外表面に貼付し、前記樹脂フィルムの貼付状態で前記未加硫タイヤを加硫成形することで、前記樹脂フィルムをタイヤサイド部の外表面に剥離可能に設ける、空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記樹脂フィルムを、サイド部の高さ方向の略全体においてタイヤ周方向の全周にわたってリング状に設ける請求項5記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記樹脂フィルムの貼付部における当該樹脂フィルム剥離後のタイヤ外表面の算術平均表面粗さ(Ra)が0.1μm以下である請求項5又は6記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記樹脂フィルムの貼付部における当該樹脂フィルム剥離後のタイヤ外表面のJIS Z8741による60°光沢度が60以上である請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
