Description
Claims (10)
- 電力コイルの為の伝導交差構造であって、
第1のリードフレームアレイ及び第2のリードフレームアレイ
を備え、
前記第1のリードフレームアレイは、
第1の方向に配置された第1の複数の孔を含む第1の給電ストリップと、
前記第1の方向と異なる第2の方向に延伸された第1の端子および第2の端子を含み、前記第1の方向に並べられた複数の第1のリードフレームと、
前記複数の第1のリードフレームのそれぞれを前記第1の給電ストリップに直接、かつ、開放可能に前記第2の方向に接続する複数の第1のタブ部と
を有し、
前記第2のリードフレームアレイは、
前記第1の方向に配置された第2の複数の孔を含む第2の給電ストリップと、
第1の端子および第2の端子を含み、かつ、前記複数の第1のリードフレームに重なって、前記第1の方向に並べられた複数の第2のリードフレームと、
それぞれが前記複数の第2のリードフレームを前記第2の給電ストリップから開放可能に前記第2の方向に接続する複数の第2のタブ部と
を有し、
前記複数の第1のリードフレームのスタンピングされた端部は、前記複数の第2のリードフレームから離れる向きへと変形しており、
前記複数の第2のリードフレームのスタンピングされた端部は、前記複数の第1のリードフレームから離れる向きへと変形している伝導交差構造。 - 前記第1のリードフレームアレイおよび前記第2のリードフレームアレイの少なくとも一方に配置された複数の絶縁材を更に備える請求項1に記載の伝導交差構造。
- 前記複数の第1のリードフレームは、前記複数の絶縁材に隣接して配置され、前記複数の絶縁材から離れる向きに変形している請求項2に記載の伝導交差構造。
- 前記複数の第1のリードフレーム、前記複数の第2のリードフレーム、および前記複数の絶縁材は、交差導体構造を定める請求項2または3に記載の伝導交差構造。
- 前記複数の第1のリードフレームのそれぞれにおける、前記1の端子および前記第2の端子のそれぞれは、前記交差導体構造における第1の対向する対角部に位置し、前記複数の第2のリードフレームにおける前記1の端子および前記第2の端子は、前記交差導体構造における第2の対向する対角部に位置する請求項4に記載の伝導交差構造。
- 前記第1の給電ストリップおよび前記第2の給電ストリップは、前記複数の第1のリードフレームのそれぞれを、前記複数の第2のリードフレームのそれぞれに合わせてアライメントする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の伝導交差構造。
- 複数の隣接した前記複数の第1のリードフレームのいずれかを、開放可能に接続する第3のタブ部と、
複数の隣接した前記複数の第2のリードフレームのいずれかを、開放可能に接続する第4のタブ部と、
を更に備える請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の伝導交差構造。 - 前記第2のリードフレームアレイは、前記複数の第1のリードフレームの第1の端子および第2の端子に対して、前記複数の第2のリードフレームの第1の端子および第2の端子がオフセットを有する位置で、前記第1のリードフレームアレイに重ね合わせられる、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の伝導交差構造。
- 電力コイルであって、
第1の端と第2の端とを有する第1の磁気コア材料と、
前記第1の磁気コア材料に配置される、前記第1の端から前記第2の端へ延伸する内部空洞と、
請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の伝導交差構造と
を備え、
前記複数の第1のリードフレームおよび前記複数の第2のリードフレームは、前記内部空洞を通過する、電力コイル。 - 請求項9に記載の前記電力コイルを備えるシステムであって、
チップを更に備え、
前記複数の第1のリードフレームにおける前記第1の端子は、前記複数の第2のリードフレームにおける第2の端子と通じており、
前記複数の第1のリードフレームにおける前記第2の端子、および前記複数の第2のリードフレームにおける前記第1の端子は、前記チップと通じているシステム。
