Claims (9)
- 平坦な固体酸化物型電解質の一方の面に多孔質の酸化剤極、他方の面に多孔質の燃料極を有する発電要素と、
積層方向に位置する発電要素間に供給する燃料ガス及び酸化ガスを分離するとともに発電要素間の電気的接続を行うセパレータと、
前記発電要素と前記セパレータとの間に介在し、セパレータと発電要素とを接続して、多孔質導電体からなる第1集電層と、
前記セパレータと前記第1集電層との間に配置されてセパレータの上面及び下面に形成された複数の溝部であるガス供給流路と、
前記第1集電層と前記発電要素の酸化剤極または燃料極とが当接する領域であり、かつ前記セパレータに形成された前記ガス供給流路から多孔質導電体の第1集電層を経てガスが供給される前記発電要素の酸化剤極または燃料極の領域である第1種の領域と、
前記第1集電層の発電要素側に対向する面に目止めされた溝として形成されたガス排出流路と、
前記発電要素の酸化剤極または燃料極の領域であり、前記ガス排出流路に対向して、前記発電要素の酸化剤極または燃料極から反応済みガスを前記ガス排出流路に排出する第2種の領域と、
を備えたことを特徴とする固体酸化物型燃料電池。 - 前記発電要素と第1集電層との間に、多孔質導電体からなる第2集電層を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体酸化物型燃料電池。
- 前記ガス排出流路の数が発電要素中心付近よりも外周側が多いことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の固体酸化物型燃料電池。
- 前記ガス排出流路の断面積が発電要素中心付近よりも外周側が大きいことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の固体酸化物型燃料電池。
- 前記第1集電層が前記ガス供給流路側表面に複数の開口部を有する金属フレーム部を備え、当該開口部を第1集電層上に配置したことを特徴とする請求項2乃至請求項4の何れか1項に記載の固体酸化物型燃料電池。
- 前記金属フレーム部の周辺部の開口部の大きさが中央部の開口部の大きさより大きいことを特徴とする請求項5記載の固体酸化物型燃料電池。
- 前記高密度フレーム部と多孔質導電体との重ね合わせ部の接合幅が、多孔質導電体の厚さよりも広いことを特徴とする請求項5または請求項6に記載の固体酸化物型燃料電池。
- 前記ガス排出流路が第1、第2集電層よりも気孔率が大きい多孔質導電体を用いた第3集電層にて形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7の何れか1項に記載の固体酸化物型燃料電池。
- 前記燃料極に対向する第1集電層に燃料改質触媒を担持させたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項8の何れか1項に記載の固体酸化物型燃料電池。
