Description
Claims (12)
- ドライブトレインであって、エンジン(2)と、トランスミッションケーシング(206)を備えたトランスミッション(4)と、少なくとも1つのトランスミッション入力軸(152,153)と、トルク伝達のために前記トランスミッション(4)と前記トランスミッション入力軸(152,153)との間で切換可能なクラッチ装置(103)とを有していて、該クラッチ装置(103)が少なくとも1つの摩擦クラッチ(171,172)を有しており、該摩擦クラッチが前記クラッチ装置に組み込まれた操作機構(185)を介して断続可能であって、前記クラッチ装置が、操作機構の回転しない構成部分(203)を介して半径方向で固定されていて、かつ軸方向で限定的にシフト可能に前記トランスミッションケーシング(206)に支えられている形式のものにおいて、
前記回転しない構成部分(203)が、軸方向にフレキシブルな第1の円板部分(207)によって前記トランスミッションケーシング(206)に結合されている、ことを特徴とする、ドライブトレイン。 - 前記操作機構(185)は、クラッチ操作力及びクラッチ締結力が前記クラッチ装置内で補償されるように、前記クラッチ装置内に組み込まれている、請求項1記載のドライブトレイン。
- 前記操作機構(185)が、軸受(187)を介してクラッチケーシング(184)に回転可能に支承されている、請求項1又は2記載のドライブトレイン。
- 前記クラッチ装置が、軸方向でフレキシブル、かつ周方向で剛性な第2の円板部分(250)によって受容されており、前記第1の円板部分(207)の軸方向の剛性が前記第2の円板部分(250)の軸方向の剛性よりも小さい、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のドライブトレイン。
- 前記第1の円板分(207)が切欠(210)を有しており、該切欠が、前記トランスミッションケーシング内の前記第1の円板部分の組み付けスペースの領域内で軸方向に突き出すケーシング領域によって貫通されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のドライブトレイン。
- 前記第1の円板部分(207)が半径方向外方で前記トランスミッションケーシング(206)に結合されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のドライブトレイン。
- 前記第1の円板部分(207)が、エンジンケーシングとトランスミッションケーシングとを組み立てる前及び/又は組み立て中に、円板部分とトランスミッションケーシングとの間の回転位置を固定するための位置決め手段(222)を有している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のドライブトレイン。
- 前記操作機構(185)が機械的に外部から操作されるレバー機構(15)である、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のドライブトレイン。
- 前記操作機構(185)が、トランスミッション入力軸を中心にして同心的に配置されたスレーブシリンダである、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のドライブトレイン。
- 前記操作機構(185,285)が、トランスミッション入力軸(152,153)を中心にして同心的に配置された、電気操作されるレリーズ機構である、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のドライブトレイン。
- 前記操作機構(185)と、軸方向にフレキシブルな前記第1の円板部分(207)とが、すべり嵌めによって互いに支承されている、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のドライブトレイン。
- 操作機構と、トランスミッション側に組み付けられた、軸方向でフレキシブルな第1の円板部分とが、エンジンとトランスミッションとの組み付け後に互いに堅固に結合される、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載のドライブトレイン。
