Description
Claims (10)
- 피동축, 특히 크랭크축을 구비한 구동 유닛, 특히 내연기관과 트랜스미션 사이의 토크 전달을 위해 자동차의 드라이브 트레인 내에 배치된 토크 전달 장치로서, 상기 트랜스미션은 적어도 하나의 트랜스미션 입력축, 특히 2개의 트랜스미션 입력축, 적어도 하나의 클러치 장치 및 입력부와 출력부를 포함하며 구동 유닛의 피동축과 상기 클러치 장치 사이에 연결되는 적어도 하나의 진동 댐핑 장치를 포함하고, 상기 클러치 장치는 클러치 하우징 섹션, 특히 상기 클러치 장치를 수용하는 공간을 제한하고 트랜스미션 하우징 섹션에 지지되는 클러치 커버를 가지며, 상기 진동 댐핑 장치는 상기 클러치 하우징 섹션에 의해 제한되면서 상기 클러치 장치를 수용하는 공간 내에 배치되는 토크 전달 장치에서, 상기 진동 댐핑 장치의 입력부 및 출력부 내지는 상기 클러치 장치의 입력부가 반경방향으로 상기 클러치 하우징 섹션에 장착되거나 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 토크 전달 장치.
- 제 1항의 전제부에 따른, 특히 제 1항에 따른 토크 전달 장치에 있어서,상기 진동 댐핑 장치가 반경방향 외부에서 상기 클러치 장치에 축방향으로 겹쳐지게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 토크 전달 장치.
- 제 1항의 전제부에 따른, 특히 전술한 항들 중 어느 한 항에 따른 토크 전달 장치에 있어서,상기 진동 댐핑 장치의 입력부가 진동 댐핑 장치 케이지(cage)를 포함하고, 상기 케이지 내에 스프링 장치의 적어도 일부가 수용되며, 상기 스프링 장치에 상기 진동 댐핑 장치의 출력부가 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는, 토크 전달 장치.
- 전술한 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 진동 댐핑 장치의 입력부가 상기 클러치 하우징 섹션에 반경방향으로 장착된 허브부에 용접되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 토크 전달 장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 허브부는 내부가 원추형으로 형성된 허브 베어링부를 포함하고, 상기 허브 베어링부는 클러치부에 형성된 외부 투스 시스템과 맞물리는 내부 투스 시스템을 구비하며, 상기 클러치부는 상기 허브 베어링부의 원추부와 상보적으로 설계된 섹션을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 토크 전달 장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 클러치부가 특히 나사 연결에 의해 상기 허브 베어링부에 손상 없이 분리 가능하게 반복적으로 고정될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 토크 전달 장치.
- 제 4항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 진동 댐핑 장치의 출력부가 특히 축방향 및 반경방향으로 상기 허브부 에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 토크 전달 장치.
- 전술한 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 클러치 장치가 습식 클러치 어셈블리, 특히 다판 클러치 어셈블리를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 토크 전달 장치.
- 전술한 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 2개의 습식 클러치 어셈블리가 동축으로 및 축방향으로 서로 겹쳐지게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 토크 전달 장치.
- 전술한 항들 중 어느 한 항에 따른 토크 전달 장치를 구비한 자동차의 드라이브 트레인.
