Claims (2)
- 複数本の羽口が炉底部の外周に間隔をおいて配置された廃棄物溶融炉から飛散する可燃性ダストを捕集して廃棄物溶融炉内に下段羽口から吹き込む方法において、
複数本の下段羽口は、可燃性ダストを酸素富化空気又は空気とともに吹き込む羽口と、酸素富化空気のみを吹き込む羽口とが間隔をおいて交互に配置されるとともに、可燃性ダストを酸素富化空気又は空気とともに吹き込む羽口のみが可燃性ダスト吹き込み装置に配管で接続され、
可燃性ダストの吹き込みは、羽口の合計酸素量は変更せずに、可燃性ダストを酸素富化空気又は空気とともに吹き込む羽口の送風酸素量のモル比を0.5〜1.0の範囲で調整して可燃性ダストを酸素富化空気又は空気とともに吹き込み、酸素富化空気のみを吹き込む羽口からは可燃性ダストを吹き込まずに酸素富化空気のみを吹き込むことを特徴とする廃棄物溶融炉の可燃性ダストの吹き込み方法。 - 可燃性ダストを吹き込まずに酸素富化空気のみを吹き込む羽口から炉内監視することを特徴とする請求項1記載の廃棄物溶融炉の可燃性ダストの吹き込み方法。
