Description
Claims (7)
- 폐기물을 소각하여 소각재로 변환하거나, 폐기물을 열분해하여 촤(Char)를 포함하는 고형물과 가스로 변환하는 소각겸용 열분해로;일측이 상기 소각겸용 열분해로와 연결되며, 상기 촤를 고온으로 연소하여 액상의 용융물로 용해시키는 융용로;상기 소각겸용 열분해로와 상기 용융로 사이에 구비되며, 상기 소각겸용 열분해로에 의해 생성된 상기 소각재 또는 고형물 중에서 불연물을 선별하기 위한 트롬멜선별기와, 상기 소각재가 상기 용융로로 공급되는 것을 막기 위한 전환게이트 및 상기 촤를 상기 용융로로 공급하기 위한 촤공급장치를 포함하는 선별이송부;상기 용융로의 하부에 구비되어, 상기 용융물을 배출시키는 출탕부;상기 용융로의 타측에 연결되어, 상기 소각겸용 열분해로와 상기 용융로에서 발생한 가스를 완전연소시키는 후연소실;상기 용융로의 상단에 위치하며, 상기 소각겸용 열분해로와 상기 후연소실을 직접연결하는 주(主)가스유동통로; 및상기 용융로와 상기 주가스유동통로를 연결하는 보조가스유동통로를 포함하는 소각겸용 폐기물 열분해 용융시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전환게이트는,상기 트롬멜선별기의 하단에 상기 촤를 상기 용융로로 공급하기 위해 구비된 촤 공급로와 상기 소각재를 배출하기 위해 구비된 소각재 이송로 사이에 회동 가능하게 구비되어, 상기 트롬멜선별기가 상기 촤와 상기 소각재를 선별적으로 배출할 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소각겸용 폐기물 열분해 용융시스템.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 트롬멜선별기의 상부에,상기 트롬멜선별기의 과열을 방지하기 위한 냉각수분사노즐을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소각겸용 폐기물 열분해 용융시스템.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 용융로가 상기 촤를 공급받는 촤공급구의 전면에 복사열차단부를 구비하고, 상기 용융로의 전단에 수냉벽을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소각겸용 폐기물 열분해 용융시스템.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 주가스유동통로에,가스의 송풍량을 가감하기 위한 댐퍼가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소각겸용 폐기물 열분해 용융시스템.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 출탕부 하부의 상기 용융물이 배출되는 용융물배출구의 단면적이 하부를 향할수록 넓어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기물 열분해 용융시스템.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 융용로와 상기 후연소실 사이에 구비된 용융로종단벽으로부터 상기 용융로 측으로 인입된 위치에,상기 용융로에서 촤를 연소하는 과정에서 발생한 가스로 인해, 상기 용융로에서 생성한 용융물이 상기 후연소실로 유입되는 것을 막기 위한 종단상부아치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기물 열분해 용융시스템.
