【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、室内や車内などの埃を除去するための清掃作業に用いられるハンディモップに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
一般に、この種のハンディモップとしては、把手にモップ本体を取り付けたものが使用されている。そして、従来は、モップ本体が汚れると洗って繰り返し使うようにするものが殆どであったが、最近では、使い捨てタイプのモップ本体とそれを取り付けるための把手とを組み合わせたものが広く利用されるようになってきている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の技術で述べたハンディモップは、使い捨てタイプのモップ本体とそれを取り付けるための把手とからなるが、使用中にモップ本体が把手から外れないようにするため、しっかりとした把手にモップ本体を差し込んでバネで押さえたり、ゴムの成形品で固定するようにしている。このように、使用中に外れないことを考慮すると脱着が簡単でなくなるという問題があり、またモップ本体を取り付ける把手部の先端が棒状であるため、清掃中に家具等に当たったりすると傷がつくという問題がある。

本発明は、上記のような問題点に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、清掃中に傷を付けにくく、モップ本体の着脱が簡単でありながらも、使用中は抜けにくいように工夫したハンディモップを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項１に記載の発明であるハンディモップは、ゴミや埃を付着させるためのモップ本体とそれを取り付けるための把手とからなるハンディモップであって、モップ本体は、モップサイズの不織布の上に長さの短い不織布が中程に重ねられた状態で溶着されて３本の溶着ラインの間に２本の平行な取付け用の隙間を有しており、把手は偏平で水平な２本の差込板を根元から二股状に有する取付け部とその取付け部の根元から後上方へ延びる把持部とで構成されており、モップ本体の取付け用の隙間に把手の取付け部における差込板を挿入することで使用状態にするものであり、差込板の先端に丸みを設けて、当該差込板の先端形状を、平面視で円弧状に形成し、側面視で下面側を微少な丸みに形成するとともに上面側を大きな丸みに形成したことを特徴としている。

請求項２に記載の発明であるハンディモップは、請求項１に記載のハンディモップにおいて、取付け部の根元から２本の差込板の間に突き出る押さえ板を形成し、その押さえ板の先端を上向きに傾斜するとともに、裏面に引っ掛け部分を設けたことを特徴としている。

【発明の実施の形態】
図１は本発明に係るハンディモップの一例を示す斜視図であり、同図に示されるハンディモップは、モップ本体１０とそれを取り付けるための把手２０とで構成されている。

モップ本体１０には、毛羽立った合成樹脂製の不織布を２〜３枚重ね合わせ、中央を横切るようにしてライン状に溶着することで束ねられたものが使用されている。そして、そのモップ本体１０の上面は、モップサイズの不織布の上に長さの短い不織布が中程に重ねられ、その状態で長さ方向の３本の溶着ラインａにより貼り合わせられており、それら３本の溶着ラインａの間に２本の平行な取付け用の隙間ｂが形成されている。

把手２０は、図２に示すように、合成樹脂製の取付け部３０とその根元に嵌合固定される同じく合成樹脂製の把持部４０とで構成されている。このうち取付け部３０は、図３にも示すように、偏平で水平な２本の差込板３１を根元から二股状に有している。この差込板３１は押圧した時に適度なしなりを生じるように長さに応じて厚みを決めればよい。一方、把持部４０は、図４にも示すように、取付け部３０と嵌合した際に取付け部３０の根元から後上方に延びる形状になっており、平面的に見た長さは使い勝手の良さを考えると１０〜２０ｃｍ程度にするのがよい。なお、これらの取付け部３０と把持部４０はともにポリプロピレンを用いて作製するのが好ましい。

そして、取付け部３０の差込板３１の先端には丸みが設けられている。この先端の丸みは、平面的な形状での丸みのみならず、垂直断面的にも設けておくことが好ましい。この垂直断面的な丸みは、モップ本体１０の隙間ｂへの差込板３１の挿入しやすさを考慮すると、下面側を微小な丸みとし上面側を大きな丸みとすることが好ましい。

さらに、各差込板３１にはそれぞれ外縁の２箇所に円弧状の凸部３２が形成されている。この凸部３２は、挿入時に溶着ラインａに接することで抜け止めの役目を果たすものであり、２本の差込板３１の外縁と内縁のいずれかに少なくとも一つ設けてあればよく、いずれ側にいくつ設けるかは、抜け止め効果と挿入しやすさを考慮して適宜設計すればよい。

また、取付け部３０の根元から２本の差込板３１の間に突き出る押さえ板３３が形成されており、この押さえ板３３は先端が上向きに傾斜しているとともに、裏面に引っ掛け部分３３ａが形成されている。

取付け部３０の根元には、表側をフランジ３４で囲まれた半円状の薄肉部分３５が設けてあり、その薄肉部分３５には切欠３６が形成されている。一方、把持部４０は把手部分４１の先端に上下２枚の板部分４２，４３からなる嵌合構造を設けてある。そして、把持部４０の板部分４２，４３の間に取付け部３０の薄肉部分３５が挿入されると、板部分４２，４３の接続部分４４が薄肉部分３５の切欠３６に合致するとともに、上方の板部分４２の下面に設けた溝４２ａが薄肉部分３５の凸部３５ａに嵌まって固定されるようになっている。

上記の構成からなるハンディモップは、使用時に際し、取付け部３０と把持部４０とにより把手２０を組み立てるとともに、その把手２０にモップ本体１０を取り付けて図１に示す状態にする。

モップ本体１０を把手２０に取り付けるには、モップ本体１０の上面にある取付け用の隙間ｂに取付け部３０の差込板３１を挿入する。この場合、図示のモップ本体１０は、どちらからでも差し込むことができる。挿入すると、差込板３１の凸部３２が外側の溶着ラインａに接した状態で挿入され、最後に差込板３１の間の押さえ板３３が真中の溶着ラインａを乗り越えることで、図５に示す状態で取付けが完了する。取付け状態では、差込板３１の凸部３２が外側の溶着ラインａに接するとともに、押さえ板３３の裏面には引っ掛け部分３３ａが設けてあるので、簡単に抜けることはない。

図６は挿入用の隙間に拡大領域を形成したモップ本体を把手に取り付けた状態を示す説明図である。図６（Ａ）は、溶着ラインａに外側に膨らむ丸みを持たせた場合であり、この丸みは差込板３１の凸部３２に対応させてある。また、図６（Ｂ）は溶着ラインａに抜け部分を残した場合であり、この抜け部分も差込板３１の凸部３２に対応させてある。このように、挿入用の隙間に拡大領域を形成しておくことにより、図６（Ａ），（Ｂ）に示すように、取付け状態において差込板３１の凸部３２が溶着ラインａの丸み部分又は抜け部分に嵌まるので、さらに抜けにくくなる。

以上、本発明を実施の形態について詳細に説明してきたが、本発明によるハンディモップは、上記した実施の形態に何ら限定されるものではななく、本発明の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲において種々の変更が可能であることは言うまでもないことである。

例えば、モップ本体は、取付け用の２本の隙間が設けてありさえすれば、どのようなタイプであっても構わない。

また、上記の例では、不使用時においてコンパクトにするため、把手を嵌合タイプの２部材で構成しているが、１部材で構成しても勿論構わない。

【発明の効果】
請求項１に記載の発明であるハンディモップは、ゴミや埃を付着させるためのモップ本体とそれを取り付けるための把手とからなるハンディモップであって、モップ本体は２本の平行な取付け用の隙間を有しており、把手は偏平で水平な２本の差込板を根元から二股状に有する取付け部とその取付け部の根元から後上方へ延びる把持部とで構成されており、モップ本体の取付け用の隙間に把手の取付け部における差込板を挿入することで使用状態にすることを特徴としているので、モップ本体をワンタッチで着脱することができて、しかも使用中は抜けにくいという利点があり、またモップ本体は偏平な差込板に取り付けられ、押した時にしなりがあることから、清掃対象物に傷を付けるようなことがない。

また、請求項１に記載の発明であるハンディモップは、差込板の先端に丸みを設けたことを特徴としているので、上記効果に加えて、モップ本体の隙間に差込板を挿入する際に引っ掛かることなくスムースに挿入できるという効果を奏する。また、モップ本体の長手方向両側から差込板を挿入して取り付けることができる。

請求項２に記載の発明であるハンディモップは、請求項１に記載のハンディモップにおいて、取付け部の根元から２本の差込板の間に突き出る押さえ板を形成し、その押さえ板の先端を上向きに傾斜するとともに、裏面に引っ掛け部分を設けたことを特徴としているので、上記効果に加えて、モップ本体の隙間に差込板を挿入した際に、差込板の間の押さえ板が真中の溶着ラインを乗り越え、抜け止め状態で押さえるように作用することから、さらに抜けにくくなるという効果を奏する。

Claims (2)

  1. ゴミや埃を付着させるためのモップ本体とそれを取り付けるための把手とからなるハンディモップであって、モップ本体は、モップサイズの不織布の上に長さの短い不織布が中程に重ねられた状態で溶着されて３本の溶着ラインの間に２本の平行な取付け用の隙間を有しており、把手は偏平で水平な２本の差込板を根元から二股状に有する取付け部とその取付け部の根元から後上方へ延びる把持部とで構成されており、モップ本体の取付け用の隙間に把手の取付け部における差込板を挿入することで使用状態にするものであり、
    差込板の先端に丸みを設けて、当該差込板の先端形状を、平面視で円弧状に形成し、側面視で下面側を微少な丸みに形成するとともに上面側を大きな丸みに形成したことを特徴とするハンディモップ。
  2. 取付け部の根元から２本の差込板の間に突き出る押さえ板を形成し、その押さえ板の先端を上向きに傾斜するとともに、裏面に引っ掛け部分を設けたことを特徴とする請求項１に記載のハンディモップ。
