Claims (5)
- 回路基板の実装面に配される回路基板用電気コネクタであって、
上記実装面に対して平行な一方向を配列方向として配列される金属板製の複数の端子と、該複数の端子を配列保持するハウジングとを有し、
上記ハウジングは、上記実装面に対して直角なコネクタ高さ方向に起立するとともに上記配列方向に延びる側壁を有し、
上記複数の端子は、信号端子と電源端子とを有し、
該電源端子は、上記側壁に保持される被保持部を有し、
該被保持部は、該被保持部の板厚方向に対して直角な端子幅方向での両側縁で上記側壁により圧入保持されている回路基板用電気コネクタにおいて、
上記側壁は、上記電源端子の被保持部と対応する位置に段状の被係止部を有し、
上記電源端子の被保持部は、上記被係止部に対してコネクタ高さ方向で係止可能な係止部を有していることを特徴とする回路基板用電気コネクタ。 - 上記係止部は、上記被保持部の板面から切り起こされた弾性片として形成されていることとする請求項1に記載の回路基板用電気コネクタ。
- 上記電源端子は、板厚方向に屈曲した形状をなしており、上記被保持部の板厚方向が上記ハウジングの側壁の壁厚方向と一致するようにして該側壁に保持されていることとする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の回路基板用電気コネクタ。
- 上記被保持部は、端子幅方向での該被保持部の範囲内に複数形成されていることとする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載の回路基板用電気コネクタ。
- 上記端子は、該端子の長手方向の一端側に回路基板の実装面への接続のための接続部そして他端側に相手接続体との接触のための接触部が形成されており、
上記接続部と上記接触部とは、上記ハウジングの側壁の壁厚方向で異なって位置しており、
上記電源端子の接続部は、上記信号端子の接続部よりも、上記側壁の壁厚方向で該信号端子の接触部側に位置していることとする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれかに記載の回路基板用電気コネクタ。
